Staff were friendly and very outgoing. Newer motel and seemed to be well maintained. Although rooms were small, they were comfortable and the design with the clothes/robe hooks gave plenty of hanging space. Fridge in room but no microwave to reheat coffee/food. Lobby was a great meeting spot being a lot of family there for celebrations of life of my mother and sister. Pool table in lobby was a great addition to converse and mingle around although it was missing the cue ball. We made do. Breakfast was well presented and maintained but limited. Pancakes, cerals, bagels, toast and what I suspect powdered scrambled eggs and sliced sausage one day, next day was pre-made egg and cheese omelets with turkey sausage patties. Both days food was good. Could use muffins or doughnuts for the sweet tooth breakfast people.

The only thing I would question is this $25 per night deposit policy? Why on earth when you have my credit card number already would you have the need to charge an additional fee only to return it the next day? Makes zero sense even when they tried to explain it to me. Something about if paying in cash blah blah. I paid by card so this has nothing to do with me. My credit card assures anything get broken or stolen will be compensated for. Stupid policy and degrading in my view! Not a deal breaker and probably just another stupid policy forced on them by corporate.

The room was nice and spacious enough for a quick little getaway. I liked the cookies and breakfast.

My only complaint was my thermostat didn't work very well so it was slightly cold in the room. The cleaning Associate should check to make sure its on or works OK before a hotel guest comes in so we don't have to call plus it was on New Years Eve so I didn't think anyone would be available after 12am. But it was a good stay.

Location was great since it was near most things that we needed. While the room was spacious there was little space for storing clothing and luggage.

There's nothing that would keep me from staying here again. The facility was great and we were even able to order food in and eat in the lobby area for dinner.

The young man was awesome and eager to make sure that we had a clean room. By the time we got to the third room, the room was extremely clean and very comfortable. The first two rooms there was debris all over the floor. The headboards were not Dusted and one of the rooms have pubic hairs in the bathroom. Again, room three was perfect. He was eager to do his best to make sure that we were satisfied, even though he was bombarded due to the power outage in the area.

Two out of the three rooms were not clean. The first room there was debris and dirt all over the floor and behind the bathroom door. Room two by the refrigerator there was debris and a round circle of stickiness and in the bathroom the showerhead was not wiped and there was pubic hair in the shower. I do have pictures to confirm.

room was comfortable, plenty of storage space for bags, lots of plugs and usb ports for charging electronics. pool was a salt water pool, and with someone with colored hair I was happy to have that! there’s also a rinse off station in the pool area which came in handy before and after swimming. the deck area was really nice to sit at night.

floor was dirty, after about 10 minutes of walking barefoot in the room the bottoms of my feet were covered in dirt, from then on I wore my shoes in the room, not a big deal but just to be aware.

Comfortable and clean room

The halls were very loud all night from kids running around and slamming doors. The AC was touchy and was very loud turning on and off. The bed frames are rough, my family ran into them multiple times as you can't see how much they stick out after being covered by the bedding. We had to ask the front desk for trash bags because there was none in the rooms for the trash cans

Housekeeping every second day is not good. I like my bed made and clean towels without asking. Bed duvet was really thin and doesn’t fit bed nicely. Had no soap and lotion in room and had to call for it- housekeeping should check that when doing room. In general I would say housekeeping is the only thing I didn’t really like about the hotel

Everything was good the rooms were clean and very modern. Breakfast was ok!

The pool was very cold and not enjoyable. This was a big thing because we travelled with kids and they love the pool. They couldn’t even get it. Front desk told us that it would be fix the next day but it wasn’t.

They stay was beautiful. It was clean, desk clerks were nice & friendly..

The pool water was freezing...we couldnt enjoy the pool much... . plus my refrigerator was broken. We had to store our stuff in the refrigerator with the desk clerks... they were understanding whenever we needed something from the refrigerator. Our refrigerator was working last night of our stay....

The staff were very polite and accommodating!!! The rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

The house keepers did not change our towels or empty our garbage.There was no sign to place on the door to indicate that. The coffee and tea were not very hot. Otherwise great!
