The staff was amazing! Courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Every single person we encountered. Room was clean and very large. Exceptional for the price!

The only thing I would recommend is possibly adding an additional chair and coffee table to the suite room with the sofa sleeper. It felt a bit bare and not very comfortable. A minor inconvenience in the scheme of things. Also some better lighting.

Breakfast was great, although they need more then one waffle iron to cook with, as there was a mother in there with 7 children trying to cook waffles, so we had to wait for a while to make and eat ours.. The staff was super!!! OMG the best ever staff, very helpful, friendly..

Our rooms which was suppose to be quiet was next to the mother/mothers with 7 kids that were at breakfast.. they were sharing one room.. they were crying and screaming most of the time. We could hear them thru the pass thru door in our room and hear them thru the walls even over the TV

All Staff was very nice and accommodating!!

The Breakfast food products were Lacking 1st day they didn’t have milk staff was supposed to go buy milk but it took them a long time to return. 2nd day There was No syrup left-no milk again-no yogurt or applesauce available.

Clean and 5 miles from the airport

Nothing. We didn’t check out the pool or anything except our room and we left very early so didn’t get breakfast but they had coffee ready for us at 4:45 Oh, you get quite a discount if you book on line before you go.

the rooms were very nice, the breakfast was great, the location was perfect as it wasn’t far from family and the mall of america.

the pool was ice cold, our kids were so excited to go swimming but being toddlers they couldnt handle how cold it was. it was also hard to try and get them clean with only having the stand up shower, but we made do with what we had.

Wet clean and comfortable beds

There were no hand towels or washcloths which was strange but we just used an extra towel. It isn’t fancy but I would stay again as it is clean and comfy and if you need a place to stay and dont need the frills this is the place.

It’s very nice place to stay. All the crew is nice and have smile on their faces… near all the places. Twin cities, mall America, Walmart Costco and many more. And they have free shuttle.

Overall the rate is 98% very good

It was a very clean hotel and it also had a washer and dryer available for use. Another plus is that the hotel is pet friendly and the first floor is dedicated to Pet parents and their pet.

The hot tub, pool, workout room, AND sauna were all available for use. The hotel was very quiet even though it is near a major highway and semis park on the frontage road by the hotel. Staff was more than happy to answer my questions, I mainly saw John there. It was an okay distance from most things. Bed was comfortable.

It is in a very dark part of Eagan and seems out of place with the few other buildings around it. The room was very dated with light brown wood and painted (yellow and blue) cubbies. The bathroom door, when open, blocked the room door. I feel like the bathroom door should open inward into the bathroom as there was plenty of space to do so. Breakfast was underwhelming and the coffee maker in my room was dirty with what appeared to be hard water stains (I hope that's all it was, but I still refused to use it). Manager of the property sat in the lobby any time I saw him, which I found odd. Shower head was not attached to the wall.

It was close to where I needed to go. The hotel provided airport pick up and transportation to the mall, which was very helpful.
