Had our doubts about a “Casino Hotel” (we are NOT Smokers), but the smoking floors are separate from the non-smoking floors so it was not a problem. Also, the Hotel is in a different building and across the street from the casino. We accidentally ordered a smoking room😱😰😨, but the staff kindly moved us to a non-smoking room at no charge or fuss.

It would be nice to have Breakfast available in the Hotel, but the lack thereof was reflected in the lower price. We had our breakfast at the nearby Waffle House. Also, our TV Remote needed new batteries, but the staff replaced the Remote VERY promptly🤗.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptional. I requested a non-smoking king bed and worried about the room may have some smoke smell in it since it is associated with a casino. No smoke smell! The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was large. The price was very acceptable for the area. The casino across the street from the hotel has a Tesla Supercharger. I was able to charge my vehicle while eating at the casino.

The bathroom is nice, but could be updated to a shower instead of a tub. Not a show stopper for me.

Great location and lovely view of the river. It's a casino, not a traditional stand-alone hotel. We had to go into the casino to get coffee. The king bed room was comfortable AND had a HOT TUB! It made for a picturesque little get-away in Vicksburg. We were able to get to the battlefield easily from the hotel.

Would have liked in-room coffee, but again, this is a casino with a hotel.

The hotel and casino were great. All of the employees were extremely nice. And the beds were comfortable.

The furniture in the room was old (the bed felt fine), chipped, and discolored. The desk chair looked newer however the side chair looked dirty and was faded. New furniture would make a wonderful difference in the room.

The lady that checked me in was very polite and courteous. Check in was quick and easy. The lady gave me a booklet of where to eat and drink in the town and gave me some suggestions.

The lady on checkout, I asked for a place for "good" coffee or breakfast (diner) but couldn't give me any places. Local knowledge is key

The room was extremely clean and comfy. The staff is very helpful and polite. Ihad to drive from Atlanta to Texas and this was a great place to rest for a night.

That I couldn't stay a little bit longer. I will be coming back and plano on trying to stay for a week nex time.

Room was a good size for 2 adults, the beds were comfortable but pillows were somewhat "bulky". Staff quickly responded graciously to our requests and were helpful in organizing places to eat and sightseeing locations.

wet towels were left in thr bathroom longer than expected.

The room was clean and comfortable and had a wonderful view of the Mississippi.

The restaurants were across the street in the casino. Driving was recommended as they did not offer a shuttle, nor was there a safe crosswalk for the 4 lanes of traffic to the casino. I was too tired to get back in the car and drive over. There was no coffee pot thus no free coffee or tea was provided in the room. Nor, did I see any kind of tea offered in the vending machine in the lobby.

There wasn't any breakfast offered on the day we stayed but that's OK. We enjoyed our stay.

The only issue was people randomly knocking on our door through the night. And a little loud with people slamming doors. But some of that is to be expected
