It was very convenient! Right off of the Hwy so no hassle at all if you are taking a long trip and need to stop!

It was extremely clean! The air quality was amazing, and the beds were so good! I usually have to take ibuprofen in the mornings for back pain and especially when taking long rides and after sleeping in their beds my back felt amazing the whole next day, I didn’t even need ibuprofen!

I loved my bed! Very comfortable. I kept the thermostat set on 75 cool and it was perfect. My room faced east, which is my favorite because I enjoy the sunrise. The toiletries in the bathroom smelled wonderful and I enjoyed using them both days. I had plenty of towels and washcloths and didn't have to ask for extra. Also, I loved that you had oatmeal on the breakfast bar. That's my favorite of all breakfast foods.

The desk chair showed signs of wear and tear. The faux leather was peeling off the seat in several places, but it was perfectly comfortable to sit in while at the desk. There was no way to fully close the drapes. The window was outfitted with sheer panels that could open or close, and then decorative drapes on the outer edges. The drapes were floor length and were not designed to be closed or else the heating/cooling system would be obstructed. I realize nobody is looking in my window on the third floor of the hotel, but it was mildly unsettling at nighttime, nevertheless.

The Staff…they were excellent

The listing on bookings said there were balconies. There were not which I knew there were not, but it shouldn’t be in the listing it could be deceiving. When we checked in, there was a wet wash rag in the bathroom and some alcohol labels on the floor in the sleeping area. Nothing we couldn’t take care of ourselves though.

Clean, comfortable, decent breakfast

Could use a recliner in the room - my husband can't sleep In a bed all night - he has to move back and forth to a recliner. But no complaints - that is just a back issue he has.

The breakfast was great! Nice amount of items to choose from and they tasted pretty good. Staff was great about replenishing items when they were low. We like that you could make your own waffles, and they were great!

Sonya at front desk was awesome never seen anybody work that hard with enthusiasm and love her job .wish I could find people like to work for me your very blessed

Heather was excellent & very helpful. Breakfast was great. The room was nice & clean.

The mattress was a little firmer than I prefer, but that's to be expected at any hotel.

Breakfast was good. It was so clean & staff was very attentive & thoughtful. Refilled items as needed & kept everything fresh!!

By the time I got downstairs to breakfast; the. vanilla creamers were low. But I know if I had asked staff would of refilled for me. My stay was excellent.

Everything was generally fine. Check in was very good. But the person who worked the night shift was very rude to my daughter.

The lighting on the parking lot was really not good.

I liked the room it was great and clean and very comfortable, the staff was nice to me and breakfast was delicious
