There was a VERY nice lady, tall lady with glasses/blonde hair who was attentive and made sure that all the breakfast items were available. She also cleaned up where some guests had left quite a bit of trash/unfinished food on the table and made no effort to clean up after themselves. She was very cheerful. She asked it I found everything that I needed. I opine that she went above and beyond her job description, and the two mornings that I had breakfast there, she was consistently pleasant and very helpful.

The behavior of the family, as noted above, who left 'a big mess'. The kids were brats and rude. Oh well.

The Comfort Inn Bozeman is a clean and comfortable hotel in a good location near good shopping and restaurant outlets. The staff were polite, helpful and professional and the breakfast pleasing enough. Parking was plentiful and the location offered easy access to the mountains and route to Yellowstone. It was a two minute walk to a large shopping chain with great variety and several restaurants with take out services. The television offered good coverage and the room was fairly large and quiet. The bed was large and comfortable. Overall a handy location that offered a nice stay.

The location is convenient, the breakfast was nothing to boast about. What’s with those eggs? Were they eggs? And the tiny glasses for juice and milk?

Standing at a empty counter waiting for someone to show up for check in was a bad thing. Hope the guy and his dog had a nice walk. I purchased beverages from the fridge in the lobby, the same drinks for four nights. Different prices each time, why not put a price on the fridge so the front desk occupant and the customer can both read it.

It was a great price for an area so close to an entrance for Yellowstone National Park! We enjoyed our stay; it’s conveniently located to the road we needed to take. My husband really loved the fact that in addition to eggs and sausage, there were also biscuits and gravy! Many hotels in this area (and in Montana in general) don’t know what biscuits and gravy are!

Nothing; it was a great value for the price!

Staff was friendly, although housekeeping didn't seem to speak much English. They were still quite friendly and accommodating. We had a leak that started under the sink and let the front desk know. They sent someone to our room immediately, and it was taken care of quickly, quietly, and courteously.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the room was too hot. We had the air conditioning on full blast the entire time. It was blowing cool air, but it just wasn't strong enough for the large room we had.

The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and i formative. I was traveling alone, and they put me in a room close to the front desk. I very much appreciate that.

The bed was a bit hard, and there was not an extra blanket in the room, I always use the extra blanket . I thought the quality of the room for the price was a bit high compared to other hotels in that price range. But it was nice and it was clean. I didn’t care for the location right by Walmart. I checked in late, and there were a lot of people walking around, I felt a little unsafe outside, but not inside.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, nice breakfast every day. Used the hot tub and pool, clean and nicely maintained.

Our room had a massive sitting area, breakfast was phenomenal, very clean, staff was friendly and let us borrow a shovel to dig our car out of the snow.

Parking lot is incredibly full, very few handicap spots. We ended up having to carry our our fully disabled child inside because we couldn't push their wheelchair in the snow and the side entrances were not shoveled for accessible access.

Room was spacious and comfortable.

Since the breakfast limited (not your fault due to COVID) we preferred to eat a more substantial breakfast elsewhere..it would be nice if you discounted the price of the rooms since you cannot provide a good wholesome breakfast to patrons. I also have NEVER been charged a deposit for a Hotel room before. I suspect I will get it back but was very unhappy with this requirement. I will see how long it takes to get my deposit back as stated. Once I do I will be glad to make a better recommendation but for now I cannot.

I loved the breakfast. There were lots of choices for food, warm and cold. The pool and hot tub area were clean. The pool temperature was perfect.

The bathroom in our room felt cramped. The decor and carpet were a little dated. Hallways smelled of marijuana.
