the hotel was lovely, modern, clean, great location

they have two buildings on opposite sides of a busy main road. They send you the key code and number of your room to you to check in. They also tell you which building you are in. I didn't get the message because we were hiking in glacier national park (no reception) so we arrived late at night at the wrong building. The lady at the desk seemed very stressed and she wasn't very helpful. After a long day, arriving, unloading bags etc only to have to reload them and move across the street etc - it just wasn't great. maybe letting people know the building they are in with a bit more notice - im not sure? It was a little thing but when you are tired these things can irritate you.

This entire stay was absolutely fantastic. Wonderstone has a beautiful modern aesthetic and they have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. Jacob at check-in was so accommodating and very helpful with recommendations. Complimentary tea and coffee in the foyer was fantastic and our room was very spacious. The beds were so comfortable. The location is fantastic being close enough to Glacier NP and also lots of fantastic options in the town of Columbia Falls to eat and drink. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The door locking mechanisms are a little loud early in the morning - but small problem. Seize the day and get up super early with everyone else :)

When we filled out early registration for our stay, I requested "mountain view." Little did I know that meant street side which was indeed noisy. Jacob was most helpful with telling us we needed to register our vehicle before entering Glacier National Park. I would not have known that. He also recommended good places to eat in Columbia Falls. Keypad entry to room was great.

The bed was low for a couple of senior citizens. Sink area was cramped for travelers with bathroom bags with necessities. We thought Wunderstone was pricey compared to other accommodations we have experienced.

The property was extremely clean, modern feel, and a great distance to surrounding towns. The location was within a 5 minute drive of Columbia Falls and a 15 minute drive from the West entrance of Glacier National Park. We really enjoyed the amenities like the complimentary snacks, and coffee. There was a Starbucks across the street and it was close to a neighboring town with souvenir shops and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable and the overall feel was clean and home like.

In the room we had there was a noise problem due to the close proximity to the stairs and the family above us. They have quiet hours starting at 10pm-8am and they were pretty good about keeping guests quiet during those times. Leading up to that the noise was uncomfortable and hard to relax after a long day. I gave extra points because they provided earplugs and a sound machine to drown out the noise of the stairs and the street right outside the window. When we sent a message to the staff about the noise they were quick to provide anything necessary to make our stay more comfortable.

Very efficient- room number and entry code provided for easy check in- no need to wait. Similarly just msg for check out. A little impersonal though Room clean and comfortable Sufficient parking. Gas station/ provisions next door Coffee/ tea station & microwave in common area & some biscuits and munchies in the room-nice touch

Ground floor rooms- have to keep shades down constantly as general parking just outside Maybe add a little fabric softener to the towels

Great location, on route 2 in Columbia Falls, only 6 miles from the airport and right next to a gas station. Despite it's name it's not at Glacier National Park but a quick 15 highway miles away. Super 1 grocery store and a number of low-key but great food restaurants are nearby. Whitefish is a more up market town, is 20 minutes away. Hotel was sleek, clean and modern. Reminded me of Icelandic hotels. TV noise was a bit of an issue from other rooms but they provided earplugs and a white noise machine. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

Breakfast not included but there was tea, coffee available all day. Though I didn't expect it to be fresh at 5am on my way out for a hike I was disappointed that it wasn't fresh at 0830 on a Monday morning.

I liked that they went the little extra and left snacks in a basket for you. Also, they had ear plugs for when you slept. Also, I had a device for when you sleep if you need to listen to noise while sleeping. Sleep sounds from birds to water to many other noises. I especially liked that you have a code to get in your room instead of a key. Even if you check in Kate and no one is at the desk, they send you code to get in

It appears newly remodeled. Eco-friendly products. A white noise machine and earplugs were provided (although we didn’t need them). Staff was friendly.

The area around the hotel is a little sketchy. It is very pricey for what you get (we opted to stay here because it saved us time driving to and from Glacier National Park). Because they are going for a “boutique vibe”, the rooms are sparse- which is fine except the night stands were so small they could barely hold a book, there was only one chair provided at the small table (this was a “suite”), the bathroom literally had NO counter or table to hold one’s toiletries. and there was no closet space-only 3 hooks on the bedroom wall. Additionally, the mattress sagged toward the middle.

The place was so clean and the staff was very welcoming! I also loved that it is outside of the downtown area, yet still so close to all of your shopping needs. I also loved that Glacier National Park was just 15 miles down the same road as the hotel.

If I had to say something, maybe that it didn't offer continental breakfast. It wasn't a huge deal, though. We went to the grocery store and picked up some items to keep in our fridge in our room.

We booked this place because of the proximity to Glacier National Park. This place was a surprise for us. The exterior did not match the interior, so it threw us off a bit. Easy check in, the hotel has been renovated to be more modern and it was quite comfortable. The furniture seems to be from West Elm, so you know they are trying to give us full comfort and hospitality. The room itself was very nice, but just missing a few things. Not enough hooks around the sink area or even a towel rack. There is one light source on the ceiling and it's at the far corner, otherwise you're using your side lamps. We had the king studio, which included a West Elm sofa pull out bed, the one where you pull out on the bottom. Really lovely place to stay. They offer coffee, tea, and Elkay to refill your water bottles on the first floor. Overall nice place and wouldn't mind coming back. Note: Their signage is a bit hard to find. It's old school retro signage with interchangeable letters that says Wonderstone and it's blocked by trees.

Everything was pretty good, just little nuances like towel rack or more hooks.
