We Did not eat breakfast at the hotel, I am not sure that it was actually offered It was a very clean hotel, and it was a good location in town

The fact that the we did not have a king bed option for our stay. I was told there was an option for a king bed, but since I booked with a third-party, they could not change the reservation. Not exactly sure why are using a third-party for reservations if you cannot alter them when you check in. Not sure who’s fault that is the hotel, allowing that, or the third party booking system.

Location, room was clean

The property listing indicated breakfast but breakfast was not included with the room price. Also, an additional $15 per day was charged which was not included in the room price and the staff could not explain the reason for the $15 daily charge. I messaged the property about the fee and asked for an explanation and requested a refund but did not receive any response. The property charged my credit card for $15 per day a total of $60 for four days without any explanation or any information on the property listing.

Clean and spacious rooms. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Had to pay $450 per night with no cancellation clause. I'm 84 and have never stayed anyplace that didn't allow you to cancel within a reasonable amount of time, say 2-3 days. No comp breakfast. First Holiday Inn Express we've stayed that didn't provide a comp breakfast. Pendleton OR, Yreka CA and Medford, OR all did.

The game room area for the kids was superb! Every hotel should have one! Breakfast was our 2nd favorite. The buffet gave lots of options! Last, the small town was great --- everything, from restaurants to the grocery store, were all within walking distance.

The door from our room in our suite to the main living area was loud & squeaky, even after maintenance looked at it, and we requested extra towels and were told they were short on towels. They ran out of pool towels twice. Also, the valance over our bedroom window looked like it hadn't been dusted in a year.

Love the location.Right next door to the snowmobile tour company and right down the street from the park entrance. The game room with free pinball, fooseball,pacman,and a pool table was a nice surprise.Theres even an x- box and big screen for gaming.The Branch restaurant/ bar was a great place to watch the superbowl.The rooms were large and comfortable.The only thing that was a minus was the lack of snow removal which meant the entrance to the lobby was an icy- slippery zone. We will be back.

Excellant location for visiting Yellowstone.

Price was outrages! Especially considering that we had no maid service the entire stay, had to get our own towels and dump our own garbage. You must be saving alot by not having daily maid service so why not pass this savings onto your customers?

Convenience to the park entrance and good location.The restaurant was an added plus. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff were excellent Rick was our waiter and he informed us that a large group had come in unexpectedly and there would be a little longer wait for our food.

The location of the Hotel was perfect and close to the West entrance of Yellowstone Park. It was wonderful to have a good size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The room had plenty of drawer space and although the bathroom was small, a large double sink was just outside the bathroom door with a lot of counter space. The sitting area was spacious and gave us plenty of room to have our friends join us. It was great to have hot water/tea/coffee in the lobby area that was always stocked with choices.

Room wasn’t super clean, shower soap was empty, food particles left behind from the traveler who was in the room prior.

Value for the location. We didn't plan on staying at the hotel long, most of time spent in the park. The combination of value and quality was the best of what was available, in our opinion.
