The staff were amazing, kind, compassionate, and organized. Specifically an amazing associate named Blair. The rooms were tidy and the layout was beautiful.

My stay was really nice but I had a few things that could have made my stay more enjoyable. -the sheets were really rough and crinkled. Maybe it was just the location or budget but the last Home2 I stayed at had the softest and cleanest sheets I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve actually wanted to get a set and that was 5 years ago. -the pool area was gross and there was trash so we didn’t swim -the walls were super thin -the shampoo and body was were pretty much empty -the fridge was leaking -the seal on the bottom of the door was coming off

The breakfast was good. I especially like the omelets

However the case that included the omelets and the sandwiches was cold so my omelette was cold but still good. My husband took one of the sandwiches and he said it was inedible and also cold The only problem was there was no place to eat close by without having to get in your car. Wish there'd been a snack bar or something similar to that in the hotel.

It had been about a year since we stayed there. The front staff had really improved. We have stayed there a lot due to an illness that required one of us to be at University of Nebraska Medical Center. The staff in the past couldn't answer some questions. Rooms seemed refreshed?? Housekeeping great as usual.

Quit charging for parking, you aren't downtown Chicago you're Omaha. I feel thats almost taking advantage. Your alarm clocks are CHEAP and several wouldn't even work. Last time ours was set 15 min ahead, but only the hotel could open it and reset it They had zero backup at front desk and I had to go to Target and buy one. This one worked this time

The Queen Studio with Two Queen Beds is quite spacious with comfortable beds and linens. The studio kitchenette was perfect to store drinks and snacks for our family. It came furnished with dishes, cutlery, pots, etc. The room came with all the things a family might need during their stay.

The breakfast lacked a good variety. There were no fresh fruit, yogurts, granola, muffins, or bagels of variety. At least one person in my family was left hungry. Another issue is that at some point something in the hotel was broken: the food heater, the garage door for parking, a door taken from its frame, etc. However, the staff was quick to fix any issues.

The room was very clean and had great space for our family of 4. The king suite room was nice in giving us space from the kids, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was better than what I was expecting! They had pre-made sandwiches, omelets, and breakfast bowls along with other items. The pool area was also nice and clean, but water was chilly according to the kids. The location was within 10 or so minutes of everything we did, which was nice. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend it.

everything excellent, the perfect location since we were there for a medical visit. Since you arrived at the heated parking lot, you know that you are going to a good place, the place is generally super clean, the person who attended us at check-in was very friendly and attentive, we had 6 hours of travel and they made my girls happy at night with some crayons and coloring sheets, it's little details that count a lot. The excellent room is very clean and modern with everything you need from kitchen items to the basics for personal hygiene of excellent quality. without a doubt my favorite place in omaha from now on.

The breakfast was great, my children, spouse and myself were very happy with the choices. The staff was excellent on our two separate stays - both the front desk and attendant at the breakfast went out of their way to speak to us kindly and make sure we had everything we needed.

The only thing we didn't like was that you had to walk outside to get to the indoor pool location across an icy patio.

The room that I booked was not available the day of my check-in but the Front Desk contacted me that morning to inform me that instead of 2 beds in 1 room they would provide 2 rooms with 1 bed each and asked if that would be satisfactory (which it was) but I appreciated knowing about this ahead of time rather than at the time of check-in. They also confirmed that the EV car charger would be available as I was going to need that when I arrived and it worked out perfectly.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

Overall the hotel was very nice and very clean. It had a nice patio that you could sit out on with grills and a pool. The room itself was awesome! Big, lots of storage space for families that are staying a while, and the beds were super comfy. I wasn't too sure about the neighborhood, but it seemed ok (as I'm not familiar with the area).

The breakfast was a little less than I expected. Some places have dishes of eggs, sausage, bacon on their breakfast buffet, but maybe because Covid was still hanging around they didn't. It was typical....waffles, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, cereal, toast/bread, muffins, juice, coffee, milk, yogurt.

We were there for a medical appointment, so the location was perfect, I love how this hotel provides the amenities, it is not necessary to carry many things since they provide us with excellent quality personal hygiene items and they do not limit the quantity. without a doubt our favorite for our next medical appointments
