location, 3 minutes away from Diamond peak was the best, did not have to drive at all to get to rest after a tiring day or driving and skiing

pricing of the property is slightly higher for what it offers, $500 a night is slightly on the higher side if we were to stay there for multiple nights, add breakfast, valet parking etc, comes to $600 a night with property taxes and all.

The outdoor heated pool and hot tub are outstanding. The staff helping with skiing activities are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms are very nice and spacious.

The heater was not working in our room so we spent two nights in a very cold room. We were given extra blankets but because we stayed in January during a snow storm the extra blankets were not enough. On our third and last night, we were moved to another room on a different floor and it was heated properly.

We liked the location and private beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee from the coffee shop in the lobby was good.

The bedding and pillows were not very comfortable for us. We didn't like how close our balcony was with the neighboring room. They had a dog and would let it use the bathroom on the balcony.

From the second we arrived to the moment we departed for home the service was fantastic. The rooms were clean, big and comfortable. The hot tubs were fantastic and the location was perfect. WE WILL BE BACK!

The fact that we needed to go back home.

It’s beautiful but not stuffy.. beach was beautiful and pool area was great.. even the casino was great..but most of all it’s your staff.. they were top notch so accommodating and genuine.. truly believe that’s the Hyatts best asset and will definitely have me coming back

Not a thing

Efficient check in and out. Bell staff were great with our luggage, thank you Danny. Rooms clean and well-equipped, great view of the mountains. The grab-and-go breakfast counter is a great idea. The private beach was pretty amazing. We traveled with a dog, was welcomed with doggie treats and a "pawsport". Housekeeping delivered a doggie bed and feeding bowls. Loved all that. Also, a shout-out to the staff, they were helpful, friendly, and even allowed us a late check-out. We didn't eat at the hotel, except for breakfast, we walked across the street and had lunch at Austin's and dinner at Chopsticks. Both highly recommended for quality of food and service.

A bit too expensive. We ended up paying $500 per night. It's a great property, but is it worth that much? I did not like that we had to pay for parking. Valet parking the first night and self parking the next. I think I spent $150 for two days (I am willing to be corrected). For a hotel that charges that much for a room, free parking should be a given. But I would still return because, as I said, it's a great property and that takes away some of the pain of the high tariff.

This resort was top notch! I loved everything about my stay. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The adventure team (Ryan & Lewis) at the hotel are passionate about their jobs and is such a great benefit of this hotel. The hiking experiences were amazing - trust me, participate! My room was very clean, spacious and comfy! The heated pool and hot tub were great and quick access to the beach area. I just got back last night and already thinking about booking my next trip. I will be back! Great hotel with stunning scenery!

I thought the food could have been a little better - especially for the price - but it was not terrible. Some great restaurants right across the street for more variety too!

The room was exceptional with a balcony overlooking the pool (partial view). Handicap parking was free. Had own private Lake Tahoe beach access.

Food at pool was packaged (like from a vending machine).

No breakfast

Checkin so late 4pm, had to wait for others to check in, so it was even later...and yet checkout 11am We shoild be able at no extra charge a 2-3pm check in.Its kinda rip off.. After all its not an inexpensive rate...

Location cleaness

Its very very crowded u can wait for theelevator for half an hour only 2 for the whole resort only one coffee shop which u can wait hour or so Prices are really higb
