Whole facility very clean rooms exponentially clean very nice rooms nice big fridge and microwave

Tired to checking early do to emergency work on apartment and heavy wildfires smoke I have a respiratory issues. They said can't checking early do to staffing was slightly rude I understand being short staff but when hotel half empty you could check in early but it's OK overall stay was nice

Friendly staff and everything is explained very well, extremely helpful.

You are required to bring your own kitchen utensils like pan, bowl or flatware if you desire to use the kitchen. They do have utensils and kitchen wear for sale. It would be nice if you could rent and return during stay.

Did not order this breakfast. Very unhealthy options of processed foods and high sugar content. Brought my own. Reception at check in was very friendly and informative. TV was great, as it worked very simply and easily with the remote and channel guide. Place was very clean and new. Almost everything in the room worked well.

The ice maker spit out 6 cubes, then quit working. The 2nd floor location of my room was not good; someone above me was walking heavily. The traffic noise kept me awake all night, too. Next time I will request a top floor and back of building location.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location is at the end of town, but near freeway exit. The room had a kitchenette, which was nice. Paper plates and utensils were available at the front desk. If you wanted to actually cook, you would need to bring your own pans.

We went out for breakfast, as what they offered was something to microwave in your room.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was great with a full size refrigerator, which really helped having our younger granddaughter with us. Even the beds were pretty comfortable for a hotel :) Great place to stay for 7 or more days.

The only thing we didn't like was the shower, which seems to be at most hotels. The bathroom was clean including tub but the shower head sprayed everywhere, it takes forever to get shampoo out your hair.

Appreciated the unexpected touches like the full-size fridge, the hair dryer, the laundry basket & laundry facilities, and the 24-hour coffee available in the lobby. Staff was super friendly and always available. Beds were comfy!

We had to pay to use a fork, which wasn’t the worst thing ever. I imagine a lot of utensils may be lost if they’re in the rooms.

Shower curtain rod is hopefully repaired.

We were there because my husband was having foot surgery at Carson-Tahoe hospital. We told the woman that when we checked in and she put us in the nearest room to the entrance. It was so easy to get him in our room. We were less than five minutes to the hospital. I really appreciated all of this, since he was still a little groggy.

I honestly cant think of anything I didn't like.

Cost was great and the room was comfortable and what we needed. It was nice to have a good size fridge and they provided paper plates and plastic ware so we were able to eat breakfast in the room each day of our stay.

No pool, but that’s fine. They provide a comfortable room at a price that beat every other place we looked at.

The price and the amenities in the room. The bed was comfortable. New and clean. We really appreciated the recliner in the room since my husband recently had surgery and isn't comfortable lying down.

I called to see if there was breakfast and she told me there were items to purchase. I wish she had told me there would be a kitchenette in my room. The housekeeping staff was SO LOUD in the morning.
