I was very skeptical to stay here from all the other reviews! But this place is not as bad as what I read! the facilities were fine the room was nice and spacious clean and the staff BETO was exceptional!! I needed a microwave and with no problem he upgraded us even though my room was already pre-booked and paid for in advance, I came with 3 kids and my friend and we all were comfortable and anytime we needed anything towels extra pillows more blankets housekeeping came right away! never mind the area it’s not even bad and the extra people walking around outside they ain’t bothering anyone! This place is friendly and safe! I RECOMMEND it great prices. We stayed in rm 620. Never mind the snobby reviews give this place a chance! Like any casino you will smell a stench of cig smoke but the hallways and our room didn’t smell at all! Thank you Ramada for the great experience! We will be coming back.

We liked many things I will try to list them. 1) The staff was very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and with pleasant things to say. 2) The room was clean and comfortable. 3) The Location of the hotel was close to major streets and a freeway on and off ramp. 4) The value we received was outstanding, an added bonus to everything else. 5) Although we did not have pets with us (we usually do), we observed that many other guests had pets and they seemed pleased with their stay with their pets. 6) The staff was able to answer questions about things to do in and outside of Reno, so we visited local attractions and ventured out to nearby Virginia City and Truckee.

We did have some trouble logging in to the Ramada free internet service. It worked but seemed to be slow.

A nice hotel that has been updated some, and was currently having some carpet replaced. Probably was in a decent area when it was built, but the surrounding neighborhood has deteriorated and is now questionable ( a lot of people just hanging around, probably due to the attached casino).

Surrounding community appears to be well below average, dirty (urine?) stains on sides of the building, and a general feeling that the parking lot is not as safe as it could/should be.

The hotel staff was very nice ,got to know Christine the night Manger purchased some gifts she had displayed.Guess running man was subpose be there the weekend I stayed ,but he couldn't show up stuck in mud ! The casino was awesome the staff was kind and greeted me .The food from the grill was good great flavor 😋 great price was worth it .'

Just some of the people in the casino Lil hard core ,but I'm from down south its the same I guess I was just a knew face that all would i go back yes .aAs a matter of fact at the end of sept i be staying again and the price for a room is great and the staff is wonderful.l

The management and staff are exceptional! I left something that is very important to me in my room upon check out. Roughly an hour later i was contacted by management notifying me that I had left my personal property and I needed to call to identify it so I could come and claim it. Trust me when I say that had I stayed anywhere else and left this particular item, I’m almost positive I would have never seen it again. Thank you so much!

I don’t care for the casino attached however the home is my go to when I need a room.

Top notch front desk staff. The Peter Doocy looking guy has got that joint wired. He needs some support and he can get anything done. He told me that it was especially nice inside because outside wasn't. That he wanted the difference to be realized immediately and was proud of the staff who clearly take pride in making this Ramada shine. Staff are solid but the big dogs should be upstairs rather than running the front desk. I'll tell you this. ...Doocy is going to get snapped up quick if Ramada doesn't sign him some appreciation cash and asks him what he would like to if he was part of the circle making new strategic business protocol. I'm going back.

The room was very nice, but I would have liked a microwave and mini fridge, but the coffee machine was fine and the room was clean, and the AC worked perfectly!!

It could have more amenities like a mini fridge and microwave, and the breakfast was only coffee and pastries, but I think that was because the adjoining casino had a full breakfast etc.

The staff is great management is amazing thus place is like a paradise sanctuary to me. I felt so comfortable and secure and safe here. Mina, Lisa and Desiree are amazing staff. They deserve recognition. Also Beto was such a great help.

Everything was great here! I will be coming here and I will be letting friends and family know that when visiting reno nevada, to stop at Ramada by wyndham.

room was comfortable very secure if you did not have a room key then you was not using the elevator or any other facilities at the hotel most secure hotel i have ever stayed at. ac worked great tv was amazing will definatly stay again.

the carpets was a little stained but being a pet friendly motel that is to be expected

Awesome price, free parking, comfy bed, warm showers, and fast enough wifi!

The neighborhood is full of sketchy people, so it does feel scary walking outside by the parking area. Also, there is lots of noise from cars and I think a train? So we kept getting woken up, definitely recommend ear plugs!
