While this is an older property that may look dated, the location next to the airport is fantastic (one can actually walk along a sidewalk directly from the terminal, across a crosswalk, into the hotel property - safe and easy to do). The room was comfortable. I noted that the bathroom and shower were updated. My room looked out towards the west side, and was very quiet. When I accidentally left an item behind, the staff, especially Yenmy, was very helpful in locating the item and shipping back to me. That kind of friendly service makes all the difference. I would stay here again.

Coffee / tea in the morning in the lobby would have been a nice touch.

Located in a convenient position near the airport, this place felt like a classic American motel with all the conveniences we required for our stay. I enjoyed the little courtyard and use of the gym as well as the water filter on the ground floor. Front reception staff were always helpful and friendly. Would recommend and be happy to stay there again.

The woman checking me in was not friendly at all. When I asked if there was an outside door she just said it was around back and no further advice as to where to go. Did not like that we could not get in the back door after 10 pm. Very inconvenient having to park out front and make sure car was moved by 7 am

An excellent location practically walking distance from Reno Airport. A spacious and comfortable room, with quality linen and toiletries provided. Ideal for a two-person stay.

The aircon in our room was set to economy saver mode, with no option to override it, so kept cutting out once the set temperature was reached, and this took a while getting used to and falling asleep with. The bathroom door was temperamental at best, and needed fixing.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. I required help with bags and oxygen equipment and they were very happy to help. The bed was very comfortable.

The toilet was very low to the ground and did not have a grab bar. I think a higher toilet and/or a grab bar would be good for this ADA room.

Room was large comfortable and clean. Shuttle was very convenient. Driver helped with bags.

When I went to order breakfast the next morning the lady running the restaurant ignored me completely. I said hi and sat down. and she kept talking to her friend for another 5 min then gave me a menu and went back to talking to her friend who was a housekeeper??? Finally I stood up and walked to the front of the counter and ordered coffee. And left. I would’ve ordered breakfast but I had to catch my shuttle.

We have stayed here before on our drives between WA and AZ and would like to stay again. The lobby staff is welcoming. The room was spacious and quiet with a comfortable bed, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Arrival from the south is a bit tricky but our GPS was up for the challenge and we had no problem. Departure the next morning to the north was a breeze because the freeway entrance is right there. The restaurant (15% off coupon) was just right for our 8:00 pm dinner. Our small dog settled in well and we noticed a couple of dogs with their caregivers walking in the hall; all were well-behaved. At registration we noticed that although SureStay advertises itself as “pet friendly,” the only pets accepted are dogs. We departed early the next morning so didn’t check the restaurant for breakfast. Very nice stay. Thank you.

the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant needs more waitresses, as there was only one to not only did she wait on people she cleaned the table and took care of the finances. She was running as she had a lot to do and people were trying to help by getting coffee for everyone. The waitress so busy I don't think she noticed, I give her a High Five for all the people she waited on, if I remember correctly there was 12 tables full and about 5 tables of 2 people eating. the food was .good

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located very near to the airport, in a good location. The staff was very helpful. We were in town for a wedding, but it was also Hot August Nights. We felt the price was reasonable. We were pleased.

The hotel is a bit dated, and seemed a bit dark, but that's not much of a "negative". The parking near the registration desk was crowded, but this was during Hot August Nights. On a previous visit this was not an issue.

it was a beautiful, comfortable place to be stranded when Delta couldn't print out my boarding pass for the middle leg of my trip home. The shuttle service was most welcome.

I wish the restaurant had been open, but the meal at the bar was good. Some variety in thickness of pillows would have been welcome.
