The front desk clerk (from Mongolia) was wonderful! She was kind and professional and even helped us to our room with all of our baggage. She was so helpful and kind. The bed was great, the room was air conditioned and the comforter was wonderful! We enjoyed a relaxing time in the hot tub and a refreshing time in the pool.

The bathtub floor was very slippery when I went in to take a shower and I almost fell. Whatever product they are using to clean it leaves it slippery. I would suggest you put bathtub mats in the shower or a notice in the bathroom that folks be careful. Also, the water didn't drain as fast as it should have but all in all, it was fine. The voices/activity in the parking lot next to the hotel was a bit loud but I don't think that is something the hotel can control.

This is our 3 trip to this hotel and my 2nd or 3rd review and honestly nothing bad to say my family and I love coming here priced right, convenient location, friendly staff, clean pool and hot tub, rooms are always good, they have a community room we played cards and dominoes, plenty of food selection close by. Well worth the price 100% recommend

the staff is great just a little suspicious of the older caucasian guy with the Kane at the front desk caught him zoomed in on the kids playing in the pool but he quickly zoomed out which I found to be weird also when we was in the community room there was a Spanish OK family in the community room having breakfast/lunch and he came up and started harassing them something about cash or something along those lines I found it to be kinda rude to do infront of the other guess especially as they were going to be checking out (they had their bags and was meeting everyone in the community to eat before they left) it could have been resolved then

This was our 2nd stay here we love it Check in was fast and easy hotel staff was friendly and laid back the room we had was room 206 we had a nice view of the parking lot and stores around us the bed was comfy the room comes with a decent size fridge a little table with 2 chairs plenty of outlets and of storing space (dresser nightstand and hanging area) the bathroom was ok shower is big has a sauna light and blow dryer. The pool was warm the first night but cold the Devon night the jacuzzi was nice and hot there was plenty of towels and seats there is a sliding door if you need to go outside for some Fresh air also if you go down stairs there is a sauna and bathroom

Be aware when your checking in (we was not told til check in) they hold up to $100 on your bank card for damages. The pool was and Jacuzzi is in need of a good clenaing our room door didn’t fully close ever we had to make sure it was closed when we left and came in

Always greeted with a smile and all the things pertaining to stay. Anything you need happy to get you.

AC unit was turned on and stunk. We always usually check filters first. It wasnt cleaned for well over a year so we pulled out and put aside. So upon leaving we told them and they were going to replace whole unit and very apologetic. We never have ever had an issue at this hotel and this was probably our 15th stay.

The atmosphere, the staff, the location, the comfort, and my girls loved the pool/hot tub area. Sam was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The pool area was quite slippery in some places, but there was at least a warning sign, so no complaints. Absolutely nothing that would keep us from coming back, we thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. We plan on staying longer next year.

The staff was all very friendly! Especially John. He was very helpful. Great location. Liked the hot tub and sauna.

Maids didn’t clean room all The way one night. Also the back stairway needs a complete remodel. Very dirty. Would love a breakfast option

Staff is amazing. Sam at the front desk is always super accommodating and polite and he’s usually there in the mornings, and Dan is there nights and he’s great as well. Both are funny guys and great to have a conversation with. I’ve met most of the housekeeping staff because i book here atleast half the week if not more. Housekeeping staff are super sweet, they do a great job cleaning the rooms and always are sure to accommodate us with fresh towels or anything we may need. They work hard and i appreciate them. This is the ONLY hotel in the area i will stay at because of location, staff, room size and cleanliness, and price. It’s located right next to a walgreens if you need any prescriptions filled/sent over while you’re on vacation. There’s a hannafords right behind the hotel for any grocery needs, a mcdonald’s and gas station directly across the street, tons of restaurants/food nearby and also doordash has plenty of places that deliver here. Not to mention, it’s not far from the beach!! The room sizes are great. My favorite is the spa king suite, the tub is fantastic. All of the rooms are spacious though! The rooms are always clean and always have a nice freshly cleaned smell to them when you walk in, and the bathrooms always surpass my expectations on cleanliness. For the price to stay here, it’s a 10/10. Don’t overlook this place! You won’t regret staying here !

I loved everything

Our room was very clean. We didn't need much housekeeping but it was clear the housekeeper came each day to pick up trash.

We didn't have a coffee maker. There really wasn't anywhere to put one but it would have been helpful. Also, there was no door on the freezer section of the refrigerator so the ice cream melted.

It was a nice, clean hotel. The room was large, and nicely laid out. The staff were very friendly, and offered suggestions on local places for dinner options. Greg's Bistro was fantastic.

there was absolutely nowhere in the room to hang anything. no hooks on the wall, no clothes rack....nothing

private entrance for key holders on opposite end.

the staff was rude to me and charged me a hundred dollars (the deposit) for smoking fee as they stated there was debris in the bed and the smoke detector was covered with a wash cloth i explained to them that the individual I was with was mentally unwell and he was in and out of psychosis much of the time but I was with him and conscious and there was no smoking done in the room. they were very rude, refused to help me and did not notify me prior to the charge being made but rather refused to reimburse it after it was made.
