The stuff wasted a lot of my and his time because I didn’t have the card that I used for the booking. I had chase app and was able to show him that the card is mine. I had another card and could pay with that one but it was Apple Card and it has no number. I was very disappointed with the checkin process, it was inhumane. I had to book another booking for the same hotel and the guy canceled my first booking. He could just make things easier but decided to make my checkin the most complicated checkin in my entire life. I don’t recommend this hotel just because of this terrible hotel employee.

Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Self controlled thermostat in room is nice too. Love that the pool is open 365 days a year!! Wish it was heated though.

Only complaint is the $100 security deposit should be able to be paid in cash and retrievable the day of check out instead of holding up your money in your bank account for a week until hold is removed....OR....hold should be removed the day of check out!

The staff was very accommodating and beds were comfortable and there was an indoor pool which my Granddaughter loved. I also like the fact that there was a couch in the room.

Minor repairs are needed. We stayed in a few different rooms due to canceled flights. The first room had some paint peeling off the wall above the shower and the second room had a nail sticking out of the door so we couldn’t put the extra lock on.

Very convenient location, clean rooms and hotel overall and very pleasant staff.

Breakfast offering was mostly on the sweet side, which disappointed those who don’t eat waffles or pancakes for breakfast

Extended stay suite appliances and spa tub

There are two sets of electrical outlets near the kitchen sink that did not work. One is attached to the garbage disposal and the garbage disposal work but the outlets did not. You can see the red light is still on.

Very clean ,large and comfortable room. The front desk people were friendly,accommodating and professional.Breakfast limited but with enough variety. Breakfast ends at 9:00 but at 8:50 they were still replenishing with food and coffee.Will definitely be back.

no breakfast but no big deal,somethings were overlooked by housekeeping but at least they have housekeeping because most motels on rt 30 don’t anymore.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I absolutely love the tub! My room was super comfortable and outfitted with exactly what I needed to enjoy my stay. From a refrigerator to a work desk to an amazingly comfy bed, to digital thermostat controls, to the amazing tub, this place has everything that I appreciate about a space to get away for a few days.

The use of chemical cleaners with strong odor seems excessive. There are so many other nontoxic options that I'd greatly appreciate being implemented to protect everyone's health, including those who are sensitive to toxic cleaners.

The employees were kind and accommodating. They were responsive to my needs coming through with flying colors .

The room wasn't dirty it showed it's age Was as though the room was worn out, had seen better days. Housekeeping can't do anything about that . Management should do some upgrades .
