Loved the breakfst, it really set us for the day. Also very convenient to get to Newport PATH station and over to NYC. The staff were very kind. They stored our luggage for free, so we could explore NYC on our last day.

We couldn't get booked into Fire and Oak, but that was our fault for not realising how popular it was. So

Daily Rate, Fees, Taxes are cost prohibitive to me straying when I travel to NYC. This was a speacial occassion so I (reluctantly) ate the cost. Since hotel chains always look to separate themselves from their the "4 Star" competitors. Pricing is a way to do this. Suggestion: Run a discount special for recent guests to benefit with a 15% dicount if re-visiting within 30 days of previous stay. You may already have a promotion like this, but ths is my first time staying at Westin property in quite some time. Thank you. B.

Clean and large room. Very comfortable bed and good drawer and hanging wardrobe storage space. Good lighting and good air con. Good sized clean bathroom and over bath shower, though bath tub shallow and not suitable for a good relaxing soak. The hotel was in a great convenient location, easy short 2 min walk to both the Path and the Light Rail network. Giving 20 minute access to New York city and up and down the Jersey City neighbourhood respectively. 3 minute walk to Hudson shorelione with spectacular City Views of New York skyline.

The bath tub was too shallow

Amazing hotel , everything were so perfect , view , jacuzzi , amazing room , amazing bed , quiet , clean , nice , safe , nice area , beautiful sunset with Manhattan view , employees were so polite , my best best hotel in NY

Thé breakfast buffet could be better and there is no shower at the pool

room was good size but i was hoping for a room on a higher floor didnt eat at the hotel bed was very comfortable

when i checked in i had to carry 4 heavy suitcases myself to the room as there was no one around the lady who checked me in gave me a room on a low floor with an awful view inspite of my booking in advance and hoping to get a room with a view since i was staying for a week

The accommodations for my service, dog, and myself were above and beyond. The company was very military Friendly.

The restaurant that is part of the company is not military friendly. One time they give you discount. Then they don't they say they only give pilots discounts.. And when I eat breakfast there. The food was good, but the tables were dirty and sticky. And I watched as several staff members never clean the tables..

Convenient to New York City, good restaurants close to property, staff was friendly and helpful, and the indoor pool was clean and open until midnight. The valet was extremely helpful as my battery died and they charged my battery without a blink.

Location was excellent. The on premise restaurant was very good and the breakfast was also very good. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Hotel Lobby Bar was standard, nothing exceptional..I would like to see something more inviting and relaxing. Bartender was good,. Also no food?

Great room. Great restaurant. Bar closed too early. Not enough cabs available in the area. Would stay again sooner if the the room rate was a little bit more reasonable.

More cabs needed. Bar needs to be open a little.longer.

Great location near the Newport PATH station and the Newport Centre Mall. Nice view to the NYC skyline.
