How friendly and understanding the night front desk person was when we came in. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was hot and ready with clean surroundings. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. For a really fast reservation and for the price we paid, this was a great hotel compared to some higher end places we have stayed. The morning front desk person was funny, and we enjoyed a nice conversation with him. The breakfast staff were quick to refill foods, answer questions about the area and just nice overall.

We stayed one night, so there is nothing bad to say. There is a high school or college football field right behind the hotel, so you'll have to listen to that until the game is over. It was not terrible and they seemed to be finished by 9:30.

Clean, friendly, great location, spacious, good price

The 3rd floor hallway was air conditioned so it was very stuffy and uncomfortable. There is only 1 elevator, but it’s a small hotel so it wasn’t a problem - I imagine on busy weekends it might be a tad bit annoying (but wouldn’t be a deal breaker for me). The continental breakfast was….less enjoyable than others. Limited selection (3 hot options - powdered eggs, sausage patties and something I didn’t eat (I can’t remember what - possibly a vegan option?)). It was good enough if you need it - but we went somewhere else for breakfast.

The size of the room was great for my family of 3 and a half. The TV channels were a nice variety, and the breakfast was delicious to my surprise. There was an excellent selection of juices/coffee/tea. Eggs, sausage, bread/toast, cookies, and bagels. The staff were super friendly and the check-in/check-out was a breeze. They even had a takeout menu in the hotel room.

There wasn't much that I didn't like. I think if they offered items like pancakes or waffles in the breakfast menu it would be great, otherwise the stay was perfect.

Place was great. If I had to make suggestions I would give 2. 1. price could be better especially for longer stays 2. there is no where to walk a pet especially when it is so close to the highway (the fact that it allows pets was a huge plus though)

The beds need new matrasses. Also breakfast was typical but nothing to brag about. Place was packed, we ended up eating our breakfast in the lobby along with 4 other families. Coffee was not available, ditto hot water. Receptionist acted like I was bothering her when I told her the coffee and hot water needed to be refilled.

This was an older major chain property. While not up to date and renovated, we give it 3.5/4 stars. Hotel was very clean, rooms, hallway, elevator, kitchen/cafe area. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. It fit exactly what we needed. A place that was quiet, clean, comfortable to sleep and rest.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. They had different varieties of food available during the breakfast session. The room was nice, big and well kept. The front desk woman was polite. Above all, their price was cheaper than other hotels around the same area.

I like everything

The room is very comfortable and very clean. The beds were great. The shower never ran out of hot water and had nice pressure. The free breakfast provided a variety of hot and cold selections.

The evening desk clerk was not very friendly or welcoming. A handheld shower would be nice.

Location was good and the room was quiet - our rooms faced away from the street. We rested so well we didn’t make it down for breakfast. The room was spacious and the sitting room with sofa worked well to visit with our friend from next room over. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing could have made our stay better.

Breakfast was typical for hotels with included meal. Room had separate sitting space which was very convenient - I could stay up later than my family and read without disturbing them! And staff was very friendly.
