The view from the room was absolutely beautiful! We were so close to the ocean that we could hear the waves from our balcony.

The location was excellent, on the boardwalk & beach. The maid service was very good and provided good service.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I expected better since we were in an oceanfront room, which is pricey. The garage parking has no lighting at night. Wifi was horrible in the bedroom.

The view and location is absolutely perfect! Waterpark was quite nice also

The chemicals are way too high in the pool/hot tub, changed the color of a swimsuit it was that high. Wierd smells in the elevator. Creaky beds.

The view was amazing.

The water park was closed. The restaurant was closed. Couldn't pay cash at the hotel.

We enjoyed the large spacious apartment. Easy access to beach. Cleaning lady was in after our first night. I greatly appreciated the fresh towels and made beds.

The more you look, the worse it gets. This resort is in need of an upgrade. Paper thin sheets and blankets. Rust on everything metal. Squeaky beds. Building has shifted considerably since built, leaving the floor uneven. Balcony door wouldn't slide. Filthy, sad, sagging couches. Everything was covered in a fine layer of dust. We were there in the off season and the room probably hadnt been used in a couple months, the staff should have aired it out and at least wiped the chairs down. Overpriced for what we thought we were getting.

Oceanfront and good parking.

Our room was on the floor with the outdoor pool and grills; since the elevators were not working. The room was not clean - the floors were filthy. Minimal utensils to cook with. I have been here before when it was better taken care of.

Only the woman judy who checked us in. She was very nice

TV did not work. Room was dirty and dated. Stain on the sofa and rugs looked dirty. Elevators are a bit scary and we could smell gas in the hall near the laundry. Hard to find where you are going for lack of signs.

The elevator was broke again and had to carry handicap daughter up and down steps in wheelchair or wagon. Every time we left our room, I felt they should have offered money back, but they did not care

My husband and I have very little chances to get away, so when this chance came up, we took it knowing that most of the Boardwalk was closed. We had stayed at Montgomery Bay about 15 years ago and it was not nearly as nice as it is now! We really enjoyed this quiet, off-season stay in Wildwood!! The hotel room was spotless! The bathroom was recently renovated and it too was VERY clean! A nice hot shower was so relaxing! The room overlooked the boardwalk and when in season, the outdoor pool! We stayed in the superior room which had two full size beds and a WONDERFUL kitchenette that was furnished with a brand new stove and refrigerator! We loved being able to make coffee and tea all morning an night long! The staffing was wonderful as we were greeted with a kind woman behind the counter who even warned us how much we were going to love the room. She was right! The access to the boardwalk was perfect! Three floors down and out the front of the lobby! Also, they have gem of a place to eat, Adams! The service there was lovely and the food, amazing! They had a great menu with reasonable prices, not typical shore town prices!

Sadly, although the kitchenette was filled with great appliances, it had very little by way of cups or dishes. the people who used the room prior to us did not clean the dishes, just put them back, in haste to leave. thee were limited utensils and dining ware. It came with two very small mugs and only one glass. Now, with that said, when we went to the front desk to let them know, and within five minutes a young lady came up with some glasses for us to put in the room!! We washed the dishes and put them back in record time so as not to accidentally grab a dirty dish. (Not really a big deal.) The only real complaint is that this must have been a package weekend, and a lot of folks were there on the pool deck partying, and this was quite alright. I love a good party and the folks were VERY friendly! They were never loud or obnoxious and my husband and I got to sit out each night and enjoy the moon over the ocean in the perfect weather but when the party goers started smoking weed, we kind of got chased back into our room. It was a very strong presence and we did not want to cause any issues. I guess we were hoping that hotel staff might have been paying attention to the pool deck. We just are not into that sort of thing. Not sure if its legal in Jersey.
