It was very clean, even the fan. Bathroom was clean and shower worked well. Bed was so nice. Was recommended to stay here out of all other motels in point.

The heat was stuck on 80 and when informing, the man on the phone told us to open the door and it will air out, so we did. Half hour later he came to talk to us (130 am) and apologize about the heat. I was outside smoking, and heard someone so I put it out and went inside because it made me uncomfortable and when he knocked on door, he accused me of smoking inside the room and because so he wouldn't change the room or help us turn the heat off (even though the thermostat was stuck set to 80.) Other than that small issue, great stay and would come back.

The room was clean, and the shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. The cleaning person was very efficient and made the bed and left us clean towels. We enjoyed the lovely pool while we were there. The bed was comfortable, but only had one nightstand probably due to the size of the room. I had to improvise for a nightstand by using a chair. The refrigerator and microwave worked well. And I loved having a balcony! We loved the location of the motel. We were able to walk to local restaurants, the boardwalk, a 7-11, and a local park. We had a great time!

My only complaint was no coffee, in the room or on the premises. Luckily, I had read the reviews before we booked and was aware. I bought coffee at WaWa and heated it up in our travel cups. I also packed breakfast items.

Been going there for over 14 years. Very clean and is in a great location for many restaurants,fishing and beach. Chambermaid did everything and beyond without asking.

Sad they bolted drawers shut on nightstands and removed huge drawers for clothes and brought in smaller ones. Not easy for couples who stay for more than 4 days. Woman next to us had a dog who barked all night. Kid behind desk looked confused when we told him. But this is still a great place to vacation. Thank job for a great week

The pool area was well maintained and welcoming. The plants throughout were nice. The room we were given was absolutely beyond our expectations! We had a large patio that extended to the side of the building allowing for shade. The room was a suite. Nicely arranged, plenty of cabinets and storage. King sized bed. The owner took time out to speak with us. The staff was so nice. We were able to walk to numerous restaurants. Not far from the beach and boardwalk.

The property could be updated a bit. Don’t be deceived by the  dark shingles of the exterior as you drive-by or pull up to stay. I have stayed in other rooms in this hotel, and there are many options.

The room in very clean will new bathroom the new mattress very confy very quiet the location is close to very fresh seafood 10 minutes to walk the beach ⛱️ this is my fourth time i went in point pleasant motel Beach" Mike is wonderful Chery is amazing thanks both to make my stay great 👍

I don't like wen I asked for the women ( I forget her name) to give me one extra cheats for bed she said she can't give me because she doesn't have permission I was staying for four days and four nights this is the first time someone like her don't give me always I clean my room I only need the stuff for the room usually the hotel give I'm disappointed with this but everything was good 👍

THE ATLANTIC HAS BEEN A MAINSTAY FOR ME OVER THE YEARS, YOU GET A SIMPLE, BUT NICE, CLEAN ROOM, FOR A REASONABLE RATE, IN, OR OFF SEASON !! IT'S ONLY A COUPLE BLOCKS TO THE BEACH AND IT'S Pt. PLEASANT BEACH, THE TOWN AND SURROUNDING AREAS ARE OFF A POSTCARD !! CLEAN, SAFE AREAS WITH GREAT BOARDWALKS, RIDES, RESTAURANTS, ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE, OR SHORT RIDES ! AND ONLY 20 MINS SOWN RT 35 TO SEASIDE AND SOME OF THE BEST SCENERY AND TOWN ALONG THE WAY THAT YOU WILL FIND ANYWHERE, ENJOY BEFORE THE MARXISTS FIND A WAY TO DESTROY IT !! OH, AND THE STAFF,,, I ALMOST NEGLECTED THEM !! THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL, THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY, KIND, PERSONABLE AND ACCOMMODATING ! THANKS FOR WORKING WITH ME ON MY MANY STAYS, IT'S APPRECIATED !

Great location, nice property, excellent security measures all around property. The room was super clean. Only three minor details that should be noted is the bed covering need to be replaced as they look old, the room phones need to be updated and working and lastly the internet needs to be updated. The signal seems to be very weak as it kept going out at times. Other than that, the room was great including the comfort of the bed.

Over all I have no major negatives to say.

Staff was very professional. Room was clean and the best thing was that we didn’t walk into a room smelling like cigarettes. Another cool thing was that we arrived 4 hours before check-in time and the staff allowed us to park and enjoy our day at the beach, saving $25 in parking is always a plus!! Been at other facilities before and was not allowed to park my car before check-in time. Good for families and very safe. Very close to Jenkinson’s Point Pleasant Boardwalk/Beach, only a 5 min. walk, didn’t even have to move my car until it was time to head back home.

We've stayed here multiple times. All in all everything was good. Close to the charter boats and also close to restaurants, of which there are MANY to pick from. Beds are comfy and the shower water was HOT (if you wanted it to be)!

House cleaning left a bit of crackers or something under the bed. Easy enough to get if they looked. I'd also recommend a luggage rack to put a suitcase on.

Location is very convenient to everything. Room had many lights so it was well lit - and very convenient electric plugs around the room. The beds were comfortable. Very glad there is someone in office 24/7. Can always go in if something is needed - ice etc and also feel safer.

Shower was ridiculously small with no room to move around so water came out on your head even if you didn’t want to get your hair wet. Extremely small counter around sink in bathroom. Was a bit surprised that bed wasn’t made the next day after our 1st night there although fresh towels were provided which was much more important. Carpets need redoing -
