What a fantastic experience! We were greeted at the front desk by Alejandra, she was as friendly & inviting as could be! And as warm as her amazing cookies! The property is beautiful, so nicely decorated & very homey! And it smelled amazing, like Autumn & fresh baked cookies! Our room was great, the bed & pillows were so comfy, I slept like a log, not kidding. We took advantage of the spa & pool; it was so nice to relax after driving & sightseeing all day. The pool/spa area was very clean & nicely maintained. The towels & linens were wonderful, our room (& everything else!) was so clean & well kept. When we woke up, I looked out the window to see a gorgeous hot air balloon floating by, what a thrill! Breakfast was good, everything was replenished as needed. The coffee was very good! All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay & I recommend this property if you're in the area!

Everything was EXCELLENT!

Location for Balloon Fiesta was great, close to Balloon Park. The breakfast, which is included, was great. They have a good variety; eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, juice, coffee, fruit, and more! There is ample parking. We had a two queen bed room and it was sufficient. There is a mini fridge and microwave. Room was clean. Hotel is in need of some TLC, but overall, a pleasant place to stay. Alejandra, greeted us at the front desk and is very pleasant and helpfull. She made sure that if we needed anything, we had it.

My only complaint was that the directions from the gps address lead you to be back of the motel, from which there is no entrance.

I was personally contacted by the day staff the day of checking after leaving a message about a late arrival. She was so friendly and familiar it felt like we were coming to visit family! The night staff that checked us in also was very sweet and welcoming! As we as the breakfast staff. It also felt secure and safe on the property. And we were very excited to wake up and see a few balloons that had launched that morning.

Navigation tool tried to take us to a back street entrance or maybe an old entrance?? That was confusing. Not related. Swimming pool needed maintenance and repair.

The location was perfect to walk to the Balloon Festival 1.7 miles which is quicker than trying to drive when it’s bumper to bumper. We felt very safe there. Close drive to restaurants and only 50 miles to Santa Fe. The front desk was so friendly and treated us like family. Gave us great recommendations for restaurants. El Pinto and Barilla Coffee so good!

Google maps does not give good directions because it leads you to a location that you can’t get into there entrance. We figured it out. Comfort inn can have that fixed. That’s the only thing though.

The night clerk remembered our faces, she was very friendly and was kind to us and our son the whole time we stayed. We forgot our items in the closet and came back for them and this clerk is the reason our belongings were waiting for us three hours after check out!! Great employee

The parking lot was slightly smaller than necessary- almost all the parking was taken and the hotel was not completely booked either!

Nice location, close to balloon fiesta park. We could see the balloons from the parking lot and room. Daily hot breakfat was great & it was served extra early so that anyone going to the park could get a good meal prior to setting out for the morning! Disappointed that laundry facilities weren't ready yet. Close to eateries and attractions. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff. The young man that I first met greatly assisted myself and my wife (who uses a walker) to get a room that was handicap friendly. The room was very nice. Comfortable beds and accessible shower for my wife. A very pleasant stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean attractive and comfortable room, excellent breakfast.

The hotel is really hard to get to. The sat nav took us behind the hotel on a dead end. We finally realised you have to drive in through a Chevron station to reach the hotel car park, or make an illegal turn down an alley from San Pedro. No signage to guide you!

The property is well lit outside. And inside is is clean! I felt comfortable and safe. I wish I remembered the lady’s name who has at the front desk! She was awesome.

There is not really anything I did not like about the property. I didn’t explore much because I was driving back home so I mostly rested.

They are very nice there. Breakfast was well stocked. The location is good. pool and hot tub are both very good. This was my second stay there.

The evening staff made good and was nice about this but she let me know that I need to call when I use a 3 rd party because she did not see my reservation and over booked after me.
