The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. There were enough places to charge our phones. We liked that there was a refrigerator in the room.

There was no coffee in the lobby, ever, when we were passing through. The Hot Air Balloon Festival was the reason all the hotels were full, but still no coffee ever, but certainly no coffee at 3:30am when everyone was headed out to the Festival. And there was no breakfast, not even a continental breakfast with a muffin or banana we could have had on our way for the day.

Snappy and unfriendly lady serving at the bar , snapped at our 12 yr old for stepping in the area with me, while I enquired for ice, which has no walls, when the restaurant area had a closed sign. Totally rude and unacceptable. This was 6-23-24 at 9-45pm, for reference. Bar area was empty with zero folks in the area.

staff was super friendly. the food was really good. we couldn’t believe it! the nachos and Caesar salad at the bar we highly recommend. breakfast was also delicious - I had the breakfast burrito. super close to two of the balloon fiesta shuttle pick ups and easy to get to other spots around town. there was no noise from the highway or from other guests which was a huge plus since a lot of hotels can be super noisy.

the pool was indoors but not warm and the slide was closed because there was no lifeguard. one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool since my daughter loves to swim and it helps us keep her occupied during down time.

The staff was very professional, helpful & friendly. The hotel met our needs & the price was reasonable. It was nice to have vouchers for daily breakfast in the restaurant area. The room suited our needs for the time we were there.

The pool & hot tub are tiny, the pictures online are very misleading. The waterslide is only available on the weekend, which the property does not mention online, when booking. We had a hard time each evening finding parking, due to a smaller parking area and the hotel being full. The breakfast was nice in the morning but the food was barely warm when brought out to us, each day. We booked through Expedia and our reservation was for 3 adults and 1 child however, when we checked into the hotel, they claimed the reservation was for 3 people only? Which shorted us 1 breakfast voucher each day. The beds in the room were not the most comfortable & the room is a little worn down.

Staff members were friendly and polite. Quiet and clean, rooms were very comfortable.

Elevators shook alittle more than average was scary so I took the stairs I was on the 6th floor so it was tiring

The beds were comfortable, staff was polite, pool and bar were open till 10 pm, and the hallways were quiet throughout the night .

Our TV couldn't connect to the cable. I tried to change the input to see if it would make a difference but nothing. We used our phones to watch something but it was manageable for one night.

The staff was great. My Mom got the flu while we were staying, and staff helped tremendously. Sorry about the mess.

No complimentary breakfast. Parking my truck was a little difficult getting out. The coffee machine did not work in the room

The way it was nested in a corner. I felt that my vehicle was gonna be fairly safe from people who might want to steal what’s in the back. I was able to back up to a wall

A free continental breakfast would really be appreciated since the rates are kinda high. Life guards need to be more focused rather than being on their phones. Lack of communication with one of custodians should be addressed. Was asked a few simple questions and his response was very plain and blunt. No enthusiasm, just there for a paycheck, pretty much.

We like the pool and how nice the staff were. The room were nice and clean. Had everything we need.

We didn't like how we can hear the highway cars. So I was tough trying to get some sleep at night.
