I did not do the breakfast. Quiet, pleasant location. The room was a good size and the shower was modern and nice. The front desk guy was very professional. He checked us in and was also working a shift when we checked out the next morning. I had forgotten something in the room and he was able to quickly resolve my issue (I had already turned my key in). I really appreciated his helpful attitude. Wish I knew his name--really should be given a raise or considered for a promotion.

I would prefer a complimentary breakfast choice of some kind, or grab and go instead of only the hotel restaurant for choice. I'm not a big fan of pigeons, so I was surprised that the birds liked to roost in the lighting outside our room/other rooms (this may have been unique to our building).

I loved the location, te staff the decoration. Rooms are fancy. I loved that there’s floor and not carpet.

I did not like that the basic stuff like toilet paper… Kleenex shampoo coffee… are not enough for the days we stayed. They don’t do the rooms everyday, but they should have enough of everything (for the days of our stay) I know I could call, but our phone wasn’t working and is not nice to go out the snow every time you need extra towels… so I recommend put everything the guest will need for their stays, or do the rooms daily.

The lobby, restaurant, and bar were beautiful! It was fairly quiet after the kids playing in the stairwell/courtyard settled in. Parking was easy and close to the outside entrance to the room. Staff was ok, not very friendly, but competent.

I called the front desk for help twice and was put on endless holds. The TV remote batteries were dying so the only way it would work was to point at the box behind the TV. Carpet and chair were stained. Carpet old and worn, overhead lamp in the bathroom/shower didn’t work, the makeup mirror was falling off of the wall. There were bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the wall in the shower, but no soap at the sink. Bed was mushy, but fairly comfortable. Linens were worn. I was double charged for the room. Once via Booking.com and then again via the hotel. Just one more hassle to deal with while on the road.

We arrived late, about 9'ish, made our way to our room, to find it had not been cleaned. Back down to the front desk, where Vanessa was WONDERFUL. Not only apologized (not her fault ) but upgraded our room to a suite. Darn, and we only stayed one night. We were very hungry and were so happy to find that the restaurant was still serving. I ordered the three taco plate and they were some of the best, and I eat tacos everywhere. The next morning at check out, Susie explained that the main internet cables had been cut and that messed up communication. I told her it was not a big deal, things happen, but appreciated the nice room! :) All in all it was a perfectly good experience and a nice hotel.

Clean spacious hotel room with a great bed. Staff at reception especially Susie at check-in were very helpful. Overall a nice place to stay for a night or 2. I prefer apartments but was in town for a wedding so it suited our purposes.

Staff at breakfast were helpful and courteous, but a bit thin on the ground to provide great service to everyone. Perhaps an unexpected absence or difficulty attracting staff was the cause but if not then one extra wait staff would reduce this issue.

Modern rooms, beautiful lobby, cool bar, warm indoor pool.

Very thin walls. There was a group of people partying and yelling in the room next to ours until late in the night (past 1:00am), and we heard it all. The room itself was very nicely appointed, but the soundproofing left a lot to be desired. Our room was also in a building far away from the lobby,/pool/bar area, and in the freezing weather it was NOT an enjoyable walk. We found ourselves wishing we’d booked a hotel with rooms in the same building as everything else. The layout and the loud neighbors gave us a “motel” rather than “hotel” vibe.

We had a wonderful time. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The pool was clean and a great temperature. The staff were super nice and went out of their way to make us happy. Two negatives...there was a wasp nest near our room entrance. Also, they are doing away with bar soap next to the sink. Weird, you have to get body wash from the shower to wash your hands. Although there was a nice little bar soap dish next to the sink so I guess you have to bring your own.

It was close enough the ski area we could drive up to the mountain each morning. The food at the restaurant tasted good. When interacting with staff, they were friendly.

Didn’t like that the rooms are outside entry. When we arrived there were little things wrong with the room (light in the bathroom out, phone didn’t work) that were fixed the next day. things like that can bother a person staying just 1 night, but we were there for the week. The restaurant at the hotel is only for breakfast and is quite expensive for what is offered. $75 for 2 adults a 4 year old and a 6 year old. we requested daily room service to get the trash and refresh the towels. It was only completed 1 time during our stay. needless to say the room was a mess when we left.

Nice NM decorations

I booked two rooms with breakfast but they gave me only one breakfast per room. That I should call Booking. They mentioned that Booking is not a good site to make reservations, that they always have issues. They were a little slow to check in and out. However, they did accomodate us as soon as they got a clean room, what I appreciated. In the room : they forgot to put soap and there were half empty bootles in the freezer from previous guests. Everything else was ok

Room was pretty modern and spacious. Warm indoor pool is a big plus after a cold day in the snow When we arrived there were empty beer cans laying around in the parking lot(tailgate party) the following day it was all cleaned up by the cleaners.

The room could be cleaner, there was still a lot of hair laying around, empty beer bottles stinking behind the night stand.
