Super convenient location to Albany state medical facility literally attached by an elevated walkway, which connect the two buildings. Huge (quiet) Sports bar on lower level, serves food & drinks open till 10 PM swimming pool (indoor ) is a + Free guest parking BUTT... DON'T CHECK OUT OF THE HOTEL WITHOUT KEEPING YOUR KEY CARD ON YOU. BECAUSE IT'S REQUIRED TO OPEN THE PARKING LOT GATE WHEN EXITING THE LOT. (NOBODY TOLD US THAT!) I HAD TO GO BACK INTO BUILDING THREE TIMES BEFORE I COULD GET OUT OF THE PARKING LOT.!!!

$15 breakfast Buffets artificial eggs (as we call them) were all dry and very stiff on the bottom. threw them out for a substitute. NO WAFFLE IRON ? no way! that's why we eat in hotels! But all the other food items were good

The staff were great. I was greeted with a smile and the kindest person with red hair. He was never lost his smile which you don't see anymore. He made sure we knew were all of the amenities were, gave the time for breakfast and explained how to use the coupons, made sure we had our bag of water and chocolate, all while maintaining a smile. It really goes a long way. In the morning the waitress was so kind to my family. She checked tables, got people seated and brought out food all while never looking like it was too much. She also maintained a smile and had the sweetest voice to compliment her wonderful personality. I wish I knew their names to send a special thank you! My experience made me very proud to be a Hilton honors member.

It was easy to find, the room was spacious, the staff were awesome, and the dining facilities were amazing.

The mattress was hard and lumpy, and the pillows were too soft. There is a very limited number of handicapped accessible rooms, so we were in a regular room, but adding grab bars to each shower and installing higher toilets would be of great assistance to those of us who need a little extra safety in the bathroom.

The location is amazing. You can feel safe walking at night, even as a single woman. The Gardens are a block away. Ample luxury shopping. The price is very reasonable considering it's in Back Bay. The service is impeccable. My son got hungry 10 min to 11 and they were able to get sliders up to us by 11, my son said they were the best sliders he ever ate. Very child friendly and dog friendly .

Nothing, we are always happy staying here, and will continue to stay here everytime we are in Boston. ****You absolutely need to get a suite if you are looking for space (the same goes for all historic/older Hotels in Boston. ).***

Actually I loved the room where the breakfast was served. I wasn't wild about the eggs, but the breakfast otherwise was good. I liked the ease of going into the hospital by the corridors. The restaurants nearby were nice. The staff people were all great.

At one point my microwave started beeping and would not stop. I had not even used it. Eventually someone from the staff was able to quiet it down. The parking was expensive.

We requested a late check-out & were told we had to ask in the AM -- in the AM we were told no -- it would have been better to just be told no the night before Price was a little high as no breakfast was even included but it was a weekend w/ a big concert nearby so prices likely increased

The breakfast was great. Thank you for the complimentary passes. Staff very friendly and the rooms and hotel were very clean. I love that it is a dog friendly hotel.

My only downside was 2 things-the bed to me was very lumpy and pillows are lousy-way too soft. Wish you had pillows that have a little something to them.

Easy, free parking, could walk to starbucks. Hotel was clean, busy, and we had a nice quiet room in a good part of town. Good value for the money!

Check-in took a while and the staff did not seem concerned about the wait. We also kept having issues getting the key to let us up the elevator.

We stayed because our daughter was having surgery at Albany Med early in the morning. Having the parking garage and hotel attached to the hospital was very convenient. The hotel was clean and the staff we encountered were friendly.

You have to use your key card to access the floors from the elevators if it doesn't work you are stuck on the elevator and the doors don't open. There are no menus or directories in the room not even for the restaurant downstairs and they do not deliver to the room and local takeout only goes as far as the lobby.

The location is convenient if you are dealing with hospital ( we were not) but not particularly easy to get to from the interstate for travelers making an overnight stop ( like we were). However, this was not our first time passing by Albany and we still chose to stay here each time passing through.
