Room was nice and clean. My only complaint about the room is that the bed was not firm enough. I wish firmer mattresses were used so so we didn't wake up with back aches. The breakfast was great. Loved the Make-Your-Own waffles! Overall cleanliness was nice.

Wish mattresses on bed were firmer. Pool was not open and we had expected to go swimming, so we lost out on some value there and were not made aware of this until we got to the hotel.

Facility is v clean. Great staff! My room door lock was not working when I got back at night. Only one staff was there and he was trying his best to help among all other things. He offered another room so I can get some rest. Maintenance staff came back from his off hour and helped get the door unlocked. They solved the problem as a team and I was thankful to get back to the same room with my stuff and was able to rest.

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The area seemed very safe and quiet, and the staff was very friendly. We could use the app to check in and check out.

It was a busy weekend for the NCAA tournament. The breakfast was lacking due to that. Other staff jumped in to help, and that was great to see. The breakfast employee was doing her best to keep up and had a positive attitude while doing it.

I need hekp, I left my blood monitor and have not been able to connect to the hotel via the Hilton/Hampton phone service. I need to know if the hotel found my device (1"x2"x3/8") id if yes, mail it to my home address. Can you help me? I need the hotel local phone number as Hilton was not able to contact them.

They were doing grout cleaning and carpet Cleaning in the rooms. While I understand it isn’t the fault of the employees but it was very inconvenient because I had to take all my work product and my computer out of the room every day. It’s okay when Staff comes into Rooms but I do not Know these people who are Joe’s to do the cleaning and do Not Trust anyone in my room.

The bedroom was ready upon entry. The room’s temperature was preset to a comfortable level. The amenities were great for the price. Location, and room type.

The insulation of the paid room I reserved was thin enough to hear a neighboring guest above me. If this isn’t a preference for you, your stay can become impacted if not shared with the front desk attendant for a resolution.

Our room 414 was clean and roomy as it was a handicap fitted room. It is across the hall from the elevator and ice vending and you would never no it. The breakfast was excellent. A little something for everyone. The help was visible at every station. Pool was clean and towels available. Outside patio was well equipped with plenty of room for enjoyment.

Our room, 414 was clean until you looked under the first bed where you would see a plastic Poland Springs water bottle and under the second bed you would see two orange ball like toys. Other than they are not vacuuming under the beds I believe the room to be clean. The faucet was missing or the tightening nut was loose. What we didn't like is the fact that you have to request housekeeping. COVID is over and we shouldn't have to ask for what should be a basic expectation. You should be able to opt out of housekeeping if you are one of those that drive around alone with a mask on.

New, clean hotel with nice aesthetic. Small pool available and outdoor space/grill. Breakfast area was nice and bright, food was adequate. We had a sunset view. New Poke Bowl place nearby.

Barn door on the bathroom. Wish beds were firm Foam. Would appreciate plain scrambled eggs.

Very clean and away from the hustle and bustle. Good breakfast and they had take away breakfasts, which is a great idea for those on the move. The gym was decent, enough for a quick workout - cardio machines, pulley station, dumbbells. The rooms are a good size.

As someone who cannot eat gluten or dairy, most hotel breakfasts are not for me, but I love the availability of hard boiled eggs and fruit at Hampton that allows me to have a safe and healthy breakfast. The staff create a very friendly and inviting atmosphere at the East Greenbush, NY Hampton Inn making it a great place to stay. Chose this hotel because it has an electric charger available.
