Great location, central in Brooklyn and close to lower Manhattan. I was able to explore so much by foot, ferry and subway from here. The staff were courteous and helpful. Room was fairly well kept and housekeeping was consistent. Shop at the nearby Wegmans to save on groceries in the area, the nearby convenience stores are way more expensive.
The breakfast was good but didn't have a lot of healthy options and it was hard to tell whether all the disposable plates and utensils were getting recycled. I tried limit my use of disposables after a few days of seeing how much waste was being made at breakfast.

It was our frist time in the US and we were received by the nicest person: Jasmine. She made us feel so welcomed. She was so nice and explained everything thoroughly. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Manhattan bridge and also quite close to the Brooklyn Bridge. You have many metro options that can take you quickly to Manhattan. We arrived somewhat late but we felt safe walking around with our bags. Room was quite spacious and I love how they provide with not only shampoo but also hair conditioner, moisturiser and face soap. Breakfast included in the price and it was a decisive point when searching hotels around, since the prices somewhere else were the same (or even higher) but without breakfast. I like how the varied breakfast menu every day too. Plus the whole staff team was the best!
There were only 2 minor points we didn't like. The hair dryer was so dirty and sticky we had to use a hand towel so we didn't have to touch it because it felt unhygienic. At breakfast we saw homeless people going into the hotel and serving themselves, which I wouldn't even realise if it wasn't for some smell (not ideal while you're eating), and also a lady screaming the hotel was hers (which was properly handled by the staff), but maybe there should be more attention while breakfast is served.

Everything that I needed or asked for was responded to in a timely and helpful manner. There was a staff member named Jasmine who exceeded any and all expectations. It was a challenging period of time for me and she could not have been kinder and more supportive. All of the staff were excellent, but she gets an A+ for being available and helping me with my reservation.
I'm not a big fan of Flatbush Avenue, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Once you're inside, all is good. I really had overall no complaints at all.

Very clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and polite and accommdating. Rooms were somewhat small but kept clean. Microwaves are in the 2 double bed room option. The hotel is close to nearby food outlets and a few local attractions like the World Trade Center. The thermostat works pretty well in the room. The fitness center was great also. Complimentary bottled water when checking in was a nice touch. The hotel has a bar that serves food at night.
Breakfast was average. 2nd day was better than the first but they need more options. The beds in the 2 Double bed rooms were very small. Should be Queen beds. Also, Elevators sometimes skipped my floor. Weekends and evenings more people tend to ride the elevator causing longer wait times. Sometimes the Heater would give off a weird smoky smell when turned on. Other than those few things, it was a pretty good stay

The check in process was great. We were ably supported by an amazing lady who made us feel welcome from the very start and helped us with our bags and room as we arrived early. All staff greeted us as we walked past or interacted with them. Access to hot beverages throughout the day is a great touch in addition a good range of options for breakfast. Great onsite bar too. The hotel is in a superb location with good access to trains, restaurants and shops. We had an amazing second stay. Would highly recommend.
The communal toilets on the lower floor could be cleaner.

This was a very clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and polite. Rooms were somewhat small but kept clean. No loose hair in the shower or on sink either. The hotel.is close to food outlets. And a few local attractions like the World Trade Center. The thermostat works pretty well in the room. The fitness center was great also. Complimentary bottled water when checking in was a nice touch.
Had an issue with the incidental hold when I checked in. It wasn't mentioned when I booked but please be aware there is a $200 incidental hold. I was only staying 2 nights but front desk manager was nice. Breakfast was average. 2nd day was better than the first but they need more options. Elevators sometimes skipped my floor. Weekends and evenings more people tend to ride the elevator causing longer wait times. Usually Hampton rooms come with a microwave. My mother got one but I didn't. Wasn't staying long enough to argue about it. Lastly the maid on my floor came knocking on my door day of checkout like I didn't already know when to check out. Felt like she was rushing me to get out the room. I didn't like that. Other than those few things, it was a pretty good stay.

The hotel was in a good location, metro stations 5 min walk. The hotel staff is very friendly, humorous and charitable, we were even allowed a late check-out. The room had very cozy lighting, a large bathroom, a hot shower with good pressure, the room was modern and nice, even the carpeted floor seemed nice that I was willing to step there with my bare feet (it is old and smelly in most NY hotels), the breakfast was also quite ok, something different every morning (omelet, bacon, cutlet, toast, buns, muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and the option to make your own waffles and all the extras for that). Our expectations were quite low because NY hotels are all very expensive and it's hard to find anything above average for a reasonable price, but this time we were lucky.
Unfortunately, all city traffic sounds can be heard in the room, so if you are a light sleeper, earplugs will come in handy. And what´s the thing with the disposable dishes in America, it is so incomprehensible?! In Europe, even cheap motels have decent tableware to eat breakfast from, in America you pay 350€ per night and for that you eat from a cardboard plate, drink coffee from a cardboard cup and use a plastic knife and fork, it's just unbelievable, it's not environmentally friendly or sustainable! I also missed greens in the breakfast (cucumber, tomato, salad) and vegans and lactose intolerants have to bring their own products, a big country and a big hotel, but nothing for them in the breakfast.

As with previous stays, from the moment we arrived(most often via red-eye from Arizona and knowing we'd be too early to check in to a room) the staff was gracious, warm and welcoming, considerate of our situation, and wanting to accommodate us as fast and efficiently as they were able. Inspite of still having to wait several hours for our room, we felt cared for. Every employee we have ever interacted with has been exemplary and checked in with us via text several times during our stay to see if they could be of further assistance.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were celebrating our anniversary, and to our surprise, the hotel gifted us with an upgraded room on a higher floor. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delightful, offering a great variety of delicious options. This experience exceeded all our expectations!

Really enjoyed our stay as a family of 3. We were visiting from the UK. Decent location, good breakfast, great value for money, really nice staff, good facilities including the tv, shower and hairdryer. There is a credit card charge for about £156 ($200 for two nights) but this was refunded back the day we checked out.
I would have liked thicker duvets for the beds as the sheets were thin but this did not impact our sleep at all. The beds were comfortable.
