Breakfast included, front desk friendly, clean and comfortable rooms, always new towels. Near bus stops, but we like to walk and found restaurants, bodegas, parks. Warm room, hot water on shower. Snacks and drinks available for purchase at the front desk. Coffee, hot chocolate and tea available 24/7 at the lobby.

Not enough tables for breakfast and this time only one juice flavor and it was out before breakfast was over, we couldn't found some one to replenish or to ask for something else. We've been here before and this time there was a few kids running and yelling around the rooms, is not the hotel fault but is something that we didn't like while we sleep...but definitely we will come back.This time we got a lower level room and you can hear cars passing by, but not much traffic during the night hours.

The breakfast was really good. I appreciate that there were many options which made it very filling. I also liked how close the location was to the subway and the bus stop which made our commuting experience run smoothly. Our room was big, spacious with good lighting and a comfortable bed plus there was a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The hotel was good value for what we paid for.

I didn't like that you had to book a day in advance to have your room cleaned.

Love the breakfast included (hot and cold cereal, eggs, bacon or sausage, pancakes, bagels, croissants, yogurt, fruits, juices, coffee), love the cleanliness of the lobby and room. The room was big (we got the handicapped room) at the front of the hotel. Easy access to the bus. The front desk employees are very friendly. It has snacks for sale at the lobby for midnight cravings. The room has a coffee maker, microwave, safety lock, iron, hair blower, and hot/cold water. The room didn't smell, they clean the room daily. Busy street, but the noise was minimal.

I didn't like the bed, the mattress make noises when we move, and has holes that make my back hurts.

I think it was worth it's money. The room was spacious and had everything we needed like hair dryer and iron. Breakfast was ok, there was both warm food, bagels, yogurt. Take in mind that there was about 1 hour to any destination in Manhattan by metro, but subway was just 3 minutes away.

I really liked the style of the hotel room. It was very clean and comfortable! The bed was really comfy and cozy for me to have a good rest. I also like how I had a tv so I can watch my favorite tv show friends. The breakfast was really good and I loved to have my coffee, this made my experience really spectacular! Also I love the fact that I had easy access to the train station.

Actually I like everything about the hotel no complains at all.

The hotel is at a good location in Brooklyn, close to the metro and also close to nice places like Coney Island. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My room was with a neat view, but a bit noisy during the nighttime (but only due to traffic on the streets, not from within the hotel). The breakfast space is a bit "limited", as are the choices on the breakfast buffet.

Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Location is good and very close to a subway station. Although the neighborhood looks a bit rundown it is actually safe. The room was big and the bed comfortable.

Nice spacious rooms although we had a bit of problem with the bathroom handles being a bit loose and the water was not always hot. Not a huge issue but it was noticeable. Also the room was not that clean unfortunately. The rooms soundproofing was not that good as we could hear other people in neighbouring rooms and every single sound in the corridor

I really loved the size and comfortability of the room, the bed was comfortable and clean. Also the bathroom was amazing because they had good quality soap and body wash. The addition of complimentary breakfast was great as well, delicious choices and very organized. The staff were also very friendly and always said good morning and hello. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back in the future.

The breakfast was nice with a pancake maker. The staff was nice and professional. Our room had a microwave which came in handy. The bed was really comfortable.

The breakfast area was a bit small. Our room was on the first floor, just one step from the breakfast area, so it was really loud early in the morning. We didn't mind but others may ask for a different room.

I loved the hotel itself. The rooms were comfortable & clean. The bed was a tad bit too soft 4 me otherwise it was comfy. The toilet was not 2inches from the floor. It was high and I LOVED THAT.

I swore booking.com said the hotel had parking. IT DOES NOT but there is garage parkn next 2 it operated by some1 who barely understood &/or spoke English. WHAT I DID NOT LIKE THE MOST WAS THAT PERSON DRIVES YA VEHICLE N2 YHE GARAGE SPACE WHICH U CANT SEE. THE LANES ARE BARELY BIG ENUF 4 1 VEHICLE AND ITS THE SAME WAY OUT. THE CARS COMN IN HAD TO KEEP BACKING OUT 2 LET CARS LEAVE. INSANE
