The property is very convenient for all your shopping and food needs. It’s a clean environment, with comfortable beds and a great breakfast that accommodates all. The pool area is amazing!!! Loved seeing poolside lifts for people who need assistance getting in. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Parking is also free.

Minor things in reality but just to note for hotel attention. The hotel room, 5th floor, had water stains on the ceiling due to a clearly recent roof leak. As well, the fridge had not been cleaned out as food was left in the fridge from a previous guest. The bathroom shower tap is on its last leg, needs to be upgraded.

Our room was spacious enough being the one bed. We were able to get online with a quick call to the front desk for help also. Nona was awesome with helping to see if they were able to accommodate an early arrival and was super sweet when we arrived, was very helpful through and through!

The noise from the hallway comes into the room so easily...which we knew from our last stay. I don't know if its the doors or maybe needing something better to insulate the sound to the hall from underneath the room entrances? We came prepared with a fan and music to help. The newer noise we had though was the backup beepers from the trucks in the business behind the hotel, that happened a lot while we were there.

We got stuck in the storm and had to stay overnight in Buffalo before flying out to Atlanta. I booked that evening and the shuttle was waiting when we exited the airport. Upon arrival the friendly host checked us in and helped me purchase a couple freezer meals to make in the microwave as the storm was worsening. I awoke the next morning to find the power out and when I went downstairs I was greeted by another friendly host who offered us water bottles and confirmed the airport shuttle was indeed running. The young man who drove us in the night before was shoveling snow and we thanked him again before we boarded the shuttle with our morning driver. Pleasant and clean, even with no power and carrying the bags down the stairwell since the elevators wouldn't work, the staff stayed positive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!

The room was clean, well laid out and comfortable. Bathroom was a perfect size and everythign was updated in the bathroom and the rest of the room. I liked that there were 2 areas for USB chargers since I forgot the part of mine that plugged into the wall and really needed it one night. Location was also very convenient, which is why I chose it.

The staff was a little lackluster in personality at check in and check out. They weren't mean or anything, just not the happy personality types you expect when checking in. A downside of this hotel is that it is right ont he flight path of the planes. Thankfully they don't run all night long but, they do start up first thing in the AM. I was also able to hear people outside a little too easily - and I was up early each morning during my short visit. I think a little sound proofing would help, especially on the 5th floor, which is where I was. Otherwise, ask for the quiestest part of the hotel.

The lady at the front desk was the kindest, most professional and friendly I have dealt with in a long time. We were exhausted when we arrived and there were no rooms ready but she and the team made a Herculean effort and we did not have to wait too long. It was very much appreciated.

I can't think of a thing except for our stay was too short! We have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years and keep coming back because it's got a great team of people, it's clean and comfortable and is well located and well priced.

The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. It was nice and quiet. And we LOVED the 12 pm check out. Breakfast was good as well.

The hot tub was not working and we were really looking forward to using it. The pool was heated but only 78 degrees which was a little too cold for us still. The pillows were very very flat.

Easy check in process, wonderfully dog friendly, with a cute little potty area that put our pups at ease. Staff was all super pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the beds were super comfortable, especially after a very long drive

The air conditioning was not working, but it was cool out the evening we stayed so it wasn't too big of a deal, and I have no doubt the staff would have helped us out if we had asked. Everyone was super nice and helpful, we were just too tired to ask for help with the a/c

The shuttle worker that took us to airport was so nice we enjoyed our ride there with her she was so amazing

I had called the hotel to get shuttle bus lined up early in the morning I think the guy name was Jim he told me numerous of times he had it together I get up the next morning and talked to the driver she didn’t have anything down for us for the shuttle bus that morning I started to panic but she assured me she was gonna get us there she said don’t panic I got y’all she was so amazing

We loved breakfast both mornings and that the pool was open for such a huge part of the day. Beds were comfy. May be a bad note for some, but the rooms were snug...this worked for us since we were trying to be away together as a family.

I've never been to a hotel where you could hear so clearly everything in the hallway, let alone right into the closed room across the hall. That made for a much earlier morning than we anticipated. It would just get super loud every once in awhile, no ongoing noise from anyone where we could have called the desk for the issue.

Our stay at this inn was very good until checkout which to us was very disappointing, housekeeping decided to clean our room and empty our belongings before we checked out. Front desk were helpful and did have our belongings behind their desk, we would think twice before staying here again.
