The location was easy to get to. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

It was difficult to make the climate in the room comfortable. The front room of the suite would get hot but the back part very cold. You couldn't make it comfortable. Also the pillows were very flat. You had to stack three of them together.

I absolutely loved the woman that checked me in. I do not have a name. I loved that they had a shuttle the next morning to take me to the airport. The food at the restaurant was good as well.

There was a manager giving two employees attitude when I was at the counter. It was very awkward. I really don’t like when stuff like that happens it makes me feel uncomfortable. I also did not take her name.

This by far was an amazing hotel! Absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable! I did have makeup stains on my duvet cover but I didn’t use it anyways. Other than that…..it was a perfect night! The bed……omg……like sleeping on a cloud!

Some things needed replacing, shower curtain was ripped up quite a bit and curtains on the window had a few stains on them

The room was clean, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel was pretty full and you’re right beside the airport, noise was not an issue.

The pool was cold (which was disappointing, as our one priority when booking was a hotel with a pool as our kids really wanted to swim). At check-in, I was not given any instructions or voucher for the breakfast, and when I went down to eat the following more, this caused some confusion (however, the staff in the dining area was helpful).

the people was great, friendly and was ready to help at any moment. the food in the restaurant was very good and the portions were properly sized.

a few spots around the outside of the building was a little run down, the patio could use some TLC but for the most part it was nice

The staff was AMAZING always smiling and helpful!

There was other people staying there in the pool that were very mean and she started screaming at my son cause she thought he was being mean but he was not and he’s only 6. Not the hotels fault at all though and we just left

The small roo.m .I stayed in this hotel multiple times essentially for the same price.Never in this room which was a mesrable room..I asked to changed but was denied

Staff was friendly rooms were clean and comfortable ate at the bar area and food was good and timely it is near the airport and our son used the shuttle to get to the airport at 4:30 am would recommend

There was one staff member that wasn't so polite.. they said she was a supervisor....

Food was good and breakfast chef was a great guy who engaged happily despite living with a speech impediment. Hes a great advocate for your hotel and brand
