The breakfast was perfect for my family. The grounds were beautiful and just right traveling with a small dog. It was always quiet and there was always a friendly attendant available. The security locks were easy to use, but made me feel secure. It was a very homey environment and a great size traveling with a teenager and a dog. It is a little gem.

The mattress was softer than I like.

The innkeeper was welcoming and pleasant and the motel has a lot of value in addition to being clean and cozy. I would highly recommend this to travelers visiting in the area. The fact that Gordy Harper's Bazaar is just across the street is only a plus.

Since there was 3 of us, sisters, we really liked that the room had 3 beds! It was very clean and quaint. The gardening was exceptional! We liked that it was a barn in 1989 and rebuilt into motel rooms.

This is a cute little motel, usually very quiet. Super nice couple running it. Very accommodating.

The people in the next room were loud late at night and early morning . Very disrespectful of the other guests.

Welcoming and helpful staff, very clean room and bathroom.

The rooms could really do with a bit of a spruce up or refresh but that didn't take away from comfort or cleanliness.

Everything...was better than staying at a big named hotel. Great price for what we needed our rooms for. Only 10 mins away from Burt Dam

Beautifully clean and welcoming. Smallish room, but it was all we needed and the bathroom was likewise. There was a coffee maker in the room, as well as bottled water. There was also a small fridge with our room number on it just outside the room. Everyday we got fresh towels, new bars of soap, and the room cleaned. Although they do not say they supply breakfast - they do! There was a fridge with breakfast sandwiches and pastries in the main area which were supplied free and could be warmed up in a microwave, as well as free coffee, juices, cereals, etc, etc. You could then take your breakfast out onto the deck. The building is an old barn which had been completely renovated into a motel with about a dozen rooms. It was charming and so much better than those awful budget chain motels that pop up at freeway junctions. Five miles down the road is Olcott beach set next to a large park with beautiful trees. If you are looking for somewhere to eat, go to Olcott then turn West, drive 5 miles to Wilson, there are plenty of restaurants/bars there. In short, we had a great, relaxing 2 day stay.

There was really nothing to dislike about this place. Simple, charming, great value - what not to like?
