This was an expensive option but I was travelling with kids and wanted to be comfortable. The room was very nice and clean, my kids and I slept well. The bathroom was also good. There was a coffee/tea station in the lobby as well which was convenient. The breakfast staff and service was exceptional. We loved ordering from the menu and enjoyed very delicious options. The staff were also so kind and welcoming towards the kids, thank you!

My only gripe was the dour attitude of the check-in staff. Only one team member who took very long to check in people so had to wait for quite a while with kids. No welcome, no greetings. Simply said to look up the website for the hotel facilities. A little pleasantness and efficiency at the check in desk would go a long way in making this a better experience.

noisy tenants on my floor--no one answered the phone at front desk at 11 pm when I called to ask for assistance wish that coffee was available in the lobby all day, not just the morning Grappa is too expensive

Great. Clean, safe, quiet, friendly. Very happy we ended up here versus the downtown option which we went to by accident first. This was super for the money.

The only critique or suggestion I would offer is to ensure there are adequate towels in the rooms, which weren’t when we arrived, and I would appreciate a safe.

Friendly staff and helpful shuttle service to University of Rochester Athletic Facilities - Gym. Thank you! Room and hotel was clean. There were plenty of good choices for food & coffee within a few minutes walking.

The breakfast was delicious and made to order. Absolutely delicious. The breakfast prices were not clear. Didn’t understand what was included if any, continental breakfast. But it was bit pricey. The waitress was super sweet and the accommodations were impeccable. The hotel although crowded was still clean and well kept.

Thought breakfast was included in the stay. It it was not.

Excellent room clean room with comfortable bed. All the amenities of home. Had dinner in the restaurant at the hotel in the evening the service was very good. The food could have been better. We both had a salmon beet salad and there was hardly any goat cheese or beets.

From the first interraction I knew that I will have a good time here. The staff is great, the location is amazing and the room was perfect and clean with everything working. If I am ever coming back to Rochester I will definetely pick this hotel again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the location was great (a quick drive or a walk to the University of Rochester campus) and parking was easy. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard so we did not have street noise. I will want to stay here again when I visit my son at U of R.

The hotel is close to the U of R medical center so at one point we could hear a helicopter (but I couldn't see it so it may not have been landing at the hospital). Other than that I don't recall any noise disruptions.

I like the view, room set up, food options

.The TV didn’t work that well. The Chanel’s didn’t match the guide. And it took forever for the Chanel to change. Like 7 seconds delay between each change. That was annoying.

Overall great experience. Lighting in the room not so much. Heater was acting weird and once reached temperature turns off, which is normal but then by the window it was super cold. So probably insulation not so good.
