Fresh breakfast very nice and comfortable sleeping in the fact that I could cook because I love to cook

Front Desk was kind of rude The next day that I had to get my credit card thing straight because they don’t use cash app so I had to use my ESL card and I went out the door and my key didn’t work even after I paid for a day and check out is at 12 and my key stopped working early in the morning but the lady that check me it was very nice I came in around 6:30 PM on my birthday1-9-23 and the fact that The fire alarm went off for about 30 minutes I had to leave the room I just got out the bath was in the cold it was crazy

Breakfast buffet, the service, and being on the water. Our room was spacious enough for four people. The hotel was reasonably close to URMC, which was our overall goal.

Not much to say here. We liked this room. The only problem we had was that our dishwasher and stove didn't work, but we were told that the floor was recently renovated, so something may not have been installed correctly. But stuff like that happens!

The staff at Staybridge are the best. Without fail, whoever greets us at the door is super kind & accommodating. They let us into our room almost 3 hours early. We even had a river view, beautiful and quiet. This is a great location for visiting the University of Rochester. We walked everywhere on campus & to surrounding neighborhoods.

I look forward to renovations when they can get the pool up and running again.

The staff were incredibly friendly - it made the whole stay for us. They provided convenient storage for our bicycles. Breakfast offered plenty of options, with lovely places to sit indoors and out. Also, it was worth getting the slightly larger 2-person room with couch; it just felt more spacious than a typical hotel room.

After two years of Covid, you'd think they'd open the pool. Why is the fitness center okay but not the pool? Coronavirus is not transmitted in pool water; management should know this by now.

I loved the decor, large window in lobby, faux stone fireplace, tables on patio, patio string lights, leisure area overlooking the river. I appreciate the breakfast!

We were extremely disappointed that the pool was not working, apparent construction/repair was going on during our stay. One of the reasons we chose this hotel for our accommodations was because of the indoor pool. Our children were greatly disappointed.

We have stayed here before. Everyone is so friendly. They also have a Social. Free dinner and drinks on specific nights. Love being on the river.

They were under construction. They are remodeling. But they are doing it in a great way. It really does not affect your stay at all.

The front desk staff were all personable and helpful. The location in proximity to the university is very convenient. The happy hour is a nice touch.

Our room was not completely stocked, some glasses and conveniences were missing. The bed and linens smelled like old, stale, unwashed bedding. They were clean, but didn't smell clean.

Love the view of the river. The room was nice and big. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and that morning took a beautiful 2 mile walk starting right outside the hotel, across the bridge, along the river, and across another bridge. Almost everyone we passed smiled and wished us a Happy Thanksgiving. The kitchen staff, working on a holiday morning, were cheerful and accommodating. The breakfast was varied and satisfying.

We’ve stayed here before, and some of the little amenities were not available this time, like the complimentary popcorn, extra coffee, info about the city. The eating utensils in the room needed extra rinsing and wiping.

We stayed here for a week while in the middle of moving. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and went over the top for us. Ben at reception is the best! He helped us with everything we needed and was very friendly.

The pool was under construction which was a little inconvenient, but it wasn't a big problem.

The hotel was very nice and breakfast was great. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing and watching HBO.

Booking.com said there would be a DVD player but there wasn't. The first night was quiet but the second night I was woken twice by noisy talking and laughter in the hallway.
