From the front desk and staff, to our room we were blown away! The staff were friendly and quick, they were ready and prepared to inform guests and offer services to the events happening in town. The room was massive and provided excellent accommodation for pur family and family we were meeting in town. We were able to celebrate the holiday together and manage to enjoy several of the amenities that were offered at the hotel. My son loved the basketball court and the family also managed to have time to get a swim in. New Year's Eve was a blast and plan to visit again.

There is nothing that comes to mind. Maybe more pillows and towels but could be easily requested.

loved the fitness ctr, small uncrowded very clean, excellent eqp. Breakast was good enough and very nice dining area. Rooms were very good with good sitting area, small kit. std refrigerator, DW MW 2 burner stovetop. AND VERY QUIET. hardly heard anything from other rooms.

HOWEVER, our 2nd room reservation wasn't rec'd and if they didn't have just one room left, this would be an unhappy story!!Would have been nice if closer to town, but was very close to park & spa, but a good 30 min walk.

The room was spacious. Breakfast was your regular hotel breakfast nothing great. It was definitely adequate.

My room was dusty. I wasn't looking to pick out things but when you plug in something behind the nightstand and the bed frame and electrical cords are layed in dust you notice. Also the garbage from the previous guest was left in the trash can under the sink.

The breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I didn't like that my credit card was temporarily charged an extra $70, but later was credited. Not sure why that needed to be done. Only charge people this extra fee if there is a problem, don't charge and then later credit. I'm not happy about this! Also, heard people screaming and laughing at 2AM!

very clean and well organized. everything runs well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Shower was comfortable. Heat worked very well. Free breakfast was simple, no-frills, with generous, good options. Perfect for fueling up for the morning.

one corner of the carpet at the entrance in our room was sticking out. I hope they get to fix it soon

What didn't I like about this hotel ...the room was very clean and roomy...the breakfast was great... everything a breakfast buffet should have this hotel had. The breakfast staff kept the breakfast area very clean and they were always cleaning up and making sure we had everything we needed. They have a pool laundry room, an exercise room and business center. Most importantly they are PET FRIENDLY. They didn't have housekeeping service everyday (which was great for us) but when we asked to have the things we needed they were brought to our room within 10mins. Excellent hotel very happy with it.

One issue I had was at check in. We got there early so we went out to eat and came back two hours after check in. Two hours after check in and we were told only one room was ready for us that was a bit crazy but we received our second room about 15 20 min later. Beside that everything else was excellent in my opinion.

The room was fine. The ceiling fan was dusty. The breakfast was done very well and the attendants were very nice and took pride in their work.

I did not like the price change. The first night a Thursday, $388.00, the next, a Friday was $504.00. Not sure I agreed to that when I booked on Booking.com. The reason was that Saturday was a jazz festival and racing season, which didn't start until July 14th.

I love the size of the room, furniture, decorations, & lay out is excellent. Pool & breakfast area was excellent. Extra nice amenities such as gym, pool, fire pits. Linens & towels plentiful & clean. Hotel was quiet and sound proof. I liked that I was able to get the location that I requested as I had unlocked items in the bed of a pick up truck for two of the nights. I parked near my window, but did not watch the vehicle. Everything was safe and nothing was taken. Overall, I felt very safe at this hotel. As a woman traveling alone and hauling large equestrian items in an open truck bed which I knew was risky, but all items remained safe. I got to spend some time at the racetrack & used the excellent shuttle service that the hotel provided.

The mattress was lumpy & worn in Room 105

SUITE WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. BREAKFAST WAS NICE

I had to call the front desk to have housekeeping to make the beds and get clean towels. That should have been automatic. Had we left to sightsee we would've come back to an unmade suite. It was pricey for a 2 day stay.

Location perfect for conference it had at Gideon Putnam and rooms very nice. Bed super comfy and great shower

The carpet squares were sticking up it high traffic area of room and tripped a few times, but everything else was nice
