Room was large, clean, and well equipped. Convenient proximity to the theater…comfortable. Had toiletries, coffee maker, microwave and fridge, hair dryer..

The staff was rude. I went to concessions area, and grabbed 2 ice cream sandwiches, the staff, said I’ll take you here, so we walked over-ice cream sandwiches in hand. She completely ignored us…started taking payment from other patrons-after about 10-15 minutes, i said, “can we just charge These to our room?” She said “oh, sure”- not sure if she was impaired or just not with it. It was really pretty ridiculous. Staff who checked us in also weren’t very friendly. I suspect a bit of reverse racism..

My son and I stayed here for the Beetlejuice show. It was a great location in walking distance to the theater. The breakfast was nice and always replenished. Staff and hotel guests were all pleasant and made our experience worth the trip! Would stay again!

The vending machine on the 5th floor did not have water but still charged me. Minor inconvenience but CVS is around the corner. We purchased drinks and filled the mini fridge.

Unfortunately because of the snow storm all our events were canceled. The city of Schenectady was under a snow emergency and therefore everything shut down. The Temperature at home was still above freezing and so we decided to drive home rather than being confined to the hotel room. The staff was very understanding

Possibly have a second comfortable chair, as we had one comfortable chair and a desk chair. It wouldn’t have worked if we were locked in our room for two days

Location next door to Proctors was the main reason we picked this room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable, pillows not so much. We enjoyed our stay very much. I do think it was extremely overpriced for what it was, but as I said, it was next door to Proctors and the was the main reason I chose this hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

Location was next door to the Proctor Theater where we were going. Many nice restaurants in walking distance. Amazing breakfast buffet included, so many options and a very large dining area. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very nice and included a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom had large pumps of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Definitely will return to this location.

Location. All staff were always attentive and willing to serve. The food at the breakfast buffet is plentiful and tastes good.

All the pillows smelled of sweat even though they had clean pillowcases... The receptionist didn't write my last name correctly and I couldn't use the wifi in the room. I needed to verify this information with her.

I loved the location, the big breakfast room with teas and coffee, employees were nice, and the rooms looked great! The coffee cups had an illustrated mustache or lip on them and I thought they were super cute!!!! Gave them personality lol It’s in a downtown area so you can walk to a lot of nice little shops and there are some parks nearby too, but a larger park by a river is on the other side of a bridge, but it’s not a far drive! The hotel was within a two minute walk from the play we attended. The full bteakfast the next morning was wonderful! We had several choices plus there were omelettes, potatoes, sausage and two different flavors for waffles! Delicious!

The only thing I didn’t like was the price. It was pricy for a one night stay.

i had the breakfast only one morning and it was good, my brother liked it even more, so keep up the good work. the staff was especially friendly and helpful, a very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Nothing, every thing was really good

Breakfast was delicious each day! The choices varied each day and the breakfast room was spotless and the staff were very nice.

It was odd that you have to request room attention and the indoor pool was out of service.
