Room clean; comfortable bed & linens. Upholstered chair & pole lamp in corner with end table nice addition.

Inn shows its age. Outdated carpeting in hallway, should be overhauled; room could use update in decorum too at some point. Bathroom so small that door got in way of everything when inside. Towels bit thin. Breakfast fair; omelet not very satisfying in taste. Switched to bowl of Cheerios as replacement. Coffee very weak so we stopped at Starbucks.after checking out. Breakfast room clean & organized. Alarm kept going off while we ate breakfast. Front Desk Attendant kindly kept apologizing to dining guests, advising us she called FD. They reported there was nothing they could do & couldn't come until Monday

The people at the desk were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. I liked having tea available any time. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels

People,, breakfast good, but my husband would have liked oatmeal in addition to the other items. The room was clean, bed comfortable, but the highway nearby was a bit noisy at times for me. I'm just not used to it. Didn't bother my husband. He slept straight through. The refrigerator was small. We brought food to take with us for the eclipse day, and the door wouldn't close because our containers weren't narrow enough. The door of the refrigerator has sections for sodas, but that took up too much space inside the refrigerator, so I did the best I could to rearrange my food to get it in.

Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were excellent, very nice breakfast! Also, while we didn't bring out dog, it was lovely to know that she would have been welcomed with a modest $35 flat fee (another hotel wanted $100 fee plus $35 a day).

Price valuation was less than stellar because we paid a premium due to the once-in-a-lifetime eclipse. Not unhappy with the rates, but they were dear.

The breakfast had a good selection of items. The coffee was good, the juice was delicious, and the waffles were large and tasty. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the surface of the vanity was good-sized, which enabled us to spread out our toiletries. When we were trying to check in, we had troubles with the key. The hostess accompanied us to our room to fix the problem.

we like the comfort , closeness to Syracuse, plenty of clean towels, good breakfast and the free parking.

soaps were too small for bath use and the bathroom was way too small . Not having a refrigerator all together was a surprise. we would have rather have the coffee maker in the bedroom rather than the BATHROOM .

The hotel is spotless clean, the staff is friendly and servicial, the breakfast is good. Overall is an excellent balance for the price.

There was no housekeeping in neither of the two days that we stayed at it.

The room was clean, comfortable bed and had a awesome jetted tub. The breakfast was good also. Cute and convenient location close to amphitheater and ny state fair.

11am checkout should be 12pm.

The hotel team was very friendly, they did the best for our stay including helping with ordering food (we arrived very late), using a washing machine and dryer for free and everything with a big smile

It was stated it was only 13 minutes away from the wedding place & it was over 30 min. I wanted 15 or less. I am not happy that I had to drive that far. Please UPDATE your maps. Motel has broken blow dryer & mirrored door that you had to rig with a piece of metal.

How they accommodated my elderly mom. By getting us as close as they could to an elevator as possible.

That the bathtub drain was broken, and the water won't go down until I took out the drain stopper.
