Terrific property on the river. We stayed in the motel section which met our needs for one night. Clean, comfortable room. Would like to return and stay in the cottages with great views of the St. Lawrence River. Outdoor pool and fire pit with seating for their nightly bonfire. Adirondack chairs provide great views to the boats traveling on the river. Grills located throughout the property. Would be a fun place to stay in the summer. Reasonable rates. Check out the cottages on their website. Located a few miles outside the banner town of Clayton. Friendly owners. Highly recommended.

Motel bathroom on the smaller side, but immaculate.

Most everything, the staff is fantastic, and the surroundings are beautiful, I love the social event you have every night for everyone to socialize. Overall I loved the cottages, and the price was right, I would recommend these cottages in a heartbeat.

I like everything except that the bed could be a little better. I didn't sleep well, but it wasn't too bad. Also, I wish they had complimentary coffee and tea at the cottages then you didn't have to go up to the reception area. Sometimes you want to get up and have a cup of coffee without getting dressed.

The people were very welcoming and friendly. Felt like a home away from home. There was also a beautiful view of the sunset by the water and I loved that we had access right next to the water.

The top blanket was a little moist when we first got there from the heat I presume. Also I feel like there should be signs for the door to decline house cleaners in during the stay because I was just getting ready after lunch and someone just walked it. So it felt a little uneasy after that.

Jolene was exceptionally gracious when we arrived past our check in time. The motel room was good size and the beds were comfortable. They had free ice and coffee available. We only stayed one night, but it was enjoyable and would book again if we went the 5he river.

I could have sworn I read that they had a heated pool. Much to my surprise they did not. Would of enjoyed a swim, but water was to cold.

I just want to give a wonderful review for this hotel. Jolene was amazing and she made us feel at home each time she saw us. She was genuinely sweet and kind to us. The cleaning girls were just as amazing 😍 She found out the Ruth drank green tea before bed, that evening she made sure Ruth had green tea for the rest of our stay. There were gas grills all over the property so you could make dinner and not have to go out, swimming pool, horse shoe pit and a botchy ball set up, nightly bonfires for everyone to enjoy, we met so many people at the bonfire, it was awesome!!!! We will definitely go back for our next vacation ❤️❤️❤️

The location was fabulous. Over looking the water. Property grounds were very well kept. It was off season, so it was very quiet. I liked that they had chairs in the room to sit and relax in. I would definitely book there again. Owners were very friendly and the price was very reasonable.

The room was not as clean as I would have liked it. Found things on the floor indicating that it had not been vacuumed well. However, the cleaning smell was quite noticeable and it looked pretty clean. It could use an in room coffee maker but they did have complimentary coffee that you could go get so that was not a big deal.

It was serene , everything was organized. The pool was nearby the fire pit everything you needed was right close by it kind of brought me back to the 50s and 60s when my parents rented a cottage …I stayed at the motel …Fabulous stay.I will return.Thank you .

exceptional staff and customer service, beautiful grounds, easy access, easy to find.

I booked a room with a single queen. It was very small, and the bathroom was very tiny making it a challenge to get dressed and ready for a wedding I was attending. Next time I'll book a larger room there, or maybe one of the cottages as it's well worth a return stay.

Clean, comfortable and right in the heart of the Thousand Islands. Great river views from the pergola on the property. Lovely communal fire pit with a great campfire each night.

Mattresses are a bit on the hard side.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The grounds of the motel is very pleasant and scenic. The location is only about a 3-4 minute drive into Clayton. Next time we visit Clayton we will surely stay again.

The only complaint I have is that the shower head could be upgraded and add a hair dryer to the room.
