This is our third time staying at this Hampton Inn and it was another great experience. There are three reasons we keep choosing this hotel. First, it is near the event site. Second, it has rooms available at a reasonable rate. Thirdly, it is a clean and safe place to say at. Also, the entire staff have been incredibly welcoming and helpful during each of our three stays. Would definitely recommend staying with them.

Beds were comfortable. Room was dark at night, no street lights to keep you awake. Halls were quiet. Pool was nice and clean. Lovely patio area with comfortable furniture and fireplace for evening relaxing.

Breakfast was hit and miss. The turkey sausage was more like Styrofoam, and the egg/Bagel entree was awful. However, the next day, the eggs, bacon, and French toast sticks were great! The bathroom sink needs some more thought. The spigot is on the side corner of the sink and is not long enough. You can't get your hands under it, and when you do, water just pours onto the countertop.

Room was spacious, updated, and clean. Bed was comfortable and shower had decent water pressure. Absolutely loved the blackout pull down shade because it worked like a miracle, so much better than those stupid curtains at most hotels. Breakfast was ok, your normal hotel complimentary breakfast. Loved that coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby. Pool and hot tub were open and were clean. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend and definitely would stay again.

The location was close to the event. Kids loved the swimming pool. The staff was great! I believe the front desk manager was Andrè, he was extremely helpful with our check in. The staff was super friendly and several times were holding doors open for my daughter and I as we were taking items to our car. This is the second time we have stayed at this Hampton Inn and both stays have been enjoyable.

Honestly, the only negative thing I can say about this property is that I wish you could make a left hand turn onto the main road. I know this is not something the property can do anything about but it would be helpful if you needed to leave out going left.

Staff was wonderful, Daniel in particular at the front desk was very welcoming. Good variety at breakfast and presentation was well maintained. Room was comfortable and all necessities were provided.

Only minor complaint would be the noise in hallway could be heard in room.

Wish the rooms were under $100 we neded 6 rooms total during the trip from washington to South carolina we stayed at a Hampton hotel for each night we needed a room in different cities along the way. The rooms ranged from 120 to 160. An economy one night stay for $90 would be great as an option

Everything was excellent. The hotel is very clean and updated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had a great selection. All the workers were very friendly.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Great bed! And breakfast was awesome! The room refrigerator was very handy.

Shower was weak, the spigot over the sink needs to be longer - it spills water all over the counter since it doesn’t go far enough over the sink. Need bigger wastebaskets.

Renovations taking place, but just bad timing, not a true reflection of hotel. Staff ok, not unfriendly but not super friendly. Fire pit area could have more seating.

the staff were welcoming and accommodating. provided relevant information and really wanted to assist. extremely clean through out the property from entrance, hallways, elevators and rooms. no stray hairs, no remnants from prior occupants. the staff really take pride in their work. stayed at other properties and a disaster- unclean and staff nit wanting to assist with nothing

no complaints. these staff members were so attentive, helpful and cheerful everyday that I saw them - donnell, wills and norma(a true gem!!!)
