The facility exceeded expectations as well as the staff. When we arrived the hotel has different info than what we booked through booking.com (we booked a king suite and they had down a room with only two full beds for us). Sensing my displeasure, albeit composed and understanding, the desk clerk ran out to the parking lot as we were unloading to let us know he was able to rectify the situation, which was wonderful as it was a getaway for my wife and I's first wedding anniversary. Kudos to Rob for making our weekend much better than it looked to be. Thank you for honoring our original plans. Definitely will stay again and recommend to our friends and family visiting Asheville.

Breakfast could go a little later than 930 am, but that's very trivial.

Front desk staff was awesome! We enjoyed being greeted by Rob when we came back to the hotel each evening. He was wonderful and gave us some great restaurant recommendations! Loved that our large room was refreshed each day - hard to find in this post-Covid world! Since the elevator was a bit slow, we took the stairs exclusively during our stay. They were brightly lit and CLEAN - no scrapes or scuffs on the walls. The whole property seemed very well cared for. Breakfast was good with a bit of variety each day of our 7 night stay. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and well stocked. We used the laundry facilities and found them to be clean and in good working order!

Would have loved a muffin or pastry in addition to the bread/bagel selection for breakfast. The location of the hotel wasn’t super walkable, but it was convenient to the Parkway, downtown, and several restaurants. The room could have used a few additional pieces of artwork and some updated lampshades (room #315).

We loved the guy at the front desk that brought a smile to everyone’s face, first impressions are everything as they say! The hotel was lovely and no matter how many times we called the front desk it was answered with respect, kindness, and just great energy we were well taken care of. The room was quite nice pool was great for kiddos and family. Hot tub would have been nice as well. Also got a chance to check out the Gym that was great definitely up to-date equipment with a view into the pool room so j got to watch my SO and kids while getting some cardio.

Really, mostly just no hot tub but that’s not a huge thing for me good time with faith and family means most!

Our room was very nice and the bed even better. We both had the best sleep in months. The facility was very accommodating and the staff even more so. Forgot his name but the older gentleman was so helpful in helping us navigate the area and in finding the best places to eat.

We were a ‘little’ disappointed in the location and too far from downtown. Breakfast was good but a little bacon or sausage would have been nice.

I loved the room with the kitchenet, you had a small countertop with microwave, mini fridge, and a small sink! I also enjoyed the bathroom and shower size! Staff was wonderful, very nice and helpful. The breakfast was A++

I was really excited to go swimming in the indoor pool, although it was almost closing time, I wasn't able to swim because the pool didn't look clean. Possibly the filter wasn't working properly, other than that I had a wonderful stay.

Everything looks and feels fairly new. Spotless, so clean. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Kitchenette with sink and an ample desk with integrated power strip and comfortable office chair if you need to do some remote work. Indoor pool is open from early morning to late night. Fitness room is well equipped for a hotel, with new equipment including 2 treadmills and 2 ellipticals, a decent set of dumbbells with a robust bench, exercise ball and foam roller. And it's also open until late at night. Nice courtyard with tables and chairs to relax on. Consistent AC maintains an even temperature. Perfect location, lots of restaurants nearby.

Nothing, everything was great!

Waffle mix was best from any other hotel I’ve stayed in last 25 years and hot portion of breakfast changed daily which was nice and 1 day included bacon and location was was great only down side was on weekdays it ended at 9 am

Everything was clean, and the morning staff was very friendly.

The guy front desk employee was extremely sarcastic, and not helpful at all. The elevator was broken, an old man had to walk down the stairs with a walker, and we had to help an old couple carry down there bags. There is not enough parking close to the building you have to park down in the restraint parking lot next door and park. House keeping would take the towels but not replace with new ones….

Two TVs in the rooms with two double beds, great for families. The breakfast and indoor pool was nice, the staff was really nice.

Everything was great, but there are kind of an insane amount of homeless people in Asheville (not right outside of the hotel) on every major road, which is disconcerting. They need more homeless shelters or something.

The Carrabbas restaurant was a major plus. It’s right on the property so no driving. Everyone that we met was very nice and hospitable.

I didn’t expect so much police presence and so much homelessness as you are entering and exiting the hotel. It made me very sad. However, it didn’t ruin our stay but I would probably consider a house next time.
