Very friendly and accommodating staff-exceptionally clean and comfortable room-close to downtown shops and restaurants.- would definitely recommend and stay here again

Did expect a little more for breakfast when it said it was included-maybe I misread but was thinking it would have been a hot breakfast offering- muffins were great and fruit and yogurt were appreciated but thought it was a hot breakfast

Location is perfect. You have a view of mountains and the river. The king suits have luxury amenities in the bath and the living room. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and they accommodated our early check-in

The included breakfast is not much to hope for. It was good to have but wasn't on par with a luxury family run bed & breakfast. We were sent two cups of drip coffee, a banana, two bottled orange juices and likely Costco muffins to our room.

Breakfast and coffee were excellent! The Staff was amazing and wanted to make sure you were happy and comfortable! The room was amazing with everything that you needed. Parking was convenient and overall, this place was beautifully decorated, and the location is in walking distance of everything on main street in Blowing Rock!

Nothing not to like

The facility was beautiful and clean! Great location to all the local restaurants.

I was a little disappointed because I thought the living area was separated from the bedroom (according to the pics on the site). We made it work as a family but I felt a little misled.

Convenient, very clean, staff was helpful, nice decor

No iron/ironing board in room. I didn’t like the open shower due to water spraying on the floor and I was cold (not water, ME!). Seemed like the shower head should have been on the opposite wall. Also, soap dispenser was on opposite wall…again you had to step out of warm water to get soap/ shampoo…again I get cold! 😊 Was beautiful just didn’t think through the logistics.

The staff where are amazing and you can tell they really happy and like they enjoy their work. As a property manager, I appreciate it all the little things they do and the place looks just like the pictures, which had me a little worried before I arrived

I liked everything

The property was incredibly gorgeous! It was within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and shopping! We loved the breakfast that was delivered to our room each morning, and the setup near the stream behind the property was incredibly peaceful to take in during down time!

The only complaint with the property was the difficulty pulling into and out of the top parking deck because we came in a bigger truck. Thankfully it was pretty empty when we arrived so that we had space to maneuver, but this would have been tough if it had been a little busier.

The Manor was newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

The internet service was chaotic. could not make phone calls nor get on line. If you need internet while on vacation, you should consider a different Hotel. Staff was very apologetic and you could see their frustration. There was nothing they could. Either the IT in charged of fixing the problems was an inept or their Spectrum company could not solve the problems. IMO, they could have spent a bit more money on better pillows. They only have 20 rooms!

First of all, Justin was awesome and went out of his way to be welcoming and to assist us in any way during out stay! The facility was very clearly near new, was attractive and very nicely decorated. We were impressed with the lobby area, appreciated that there was no carpeting throughout the property, and enjoyed the lovely sitting area behind the hotel. The continental breakfast was yummy, and delivered promptly by Justin at the time requested.

While our room was very quite later in the evening, the constant noise from traffic on this major town road beginning at approximately 6:30 A.M. and lasting until about 9:00 P.M. was unexpected and annoying. Additionally, while we realize hotel management was essentially powerless, learning about the water main break and the impossed boil water order only 90 minutes before arrival was a major point of concern and inconvenience. As the saying goes, timing (bad in this insance) is everything!

Well appointed, mordern furnishings and sheets, great towels and spacious bathroom with whirlpool tub as well as a nice shower and premium toiletries. Breakfast was served in large covered container - very impressive. Contained coffee, yogurt and pastries from Stick Boy Bakery in Boone. Safe underground parking in garage. Good location a couple of blocks to downtown Blowing Rock

A Keurig was provided upon request. Servicing of the room includes only change of towels and emptying of trash. Actual cleaning of bathroom is not part of the routine. Not sure if this is until they can get more help. Slightly odd considering the expense. Otherwise we had a great stay. Would return.
