Staff was excellent! Friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and nice. Ocean front balcony was awesome! Tiki bar staff and menu excellent! Breakfast was fabulous! Night auditor, DJ was amazing! Southern hospitality at its finest! Having the beach so close was a big bonus! I loved how the hotel was at the board walk and very close to shops and restaurants! The hotel decor was lovely! I would recommend and come back to this hotel!!! My daughter and I really had a special and wonderful time there.

The only negative we had was a fire alarm that went off at 5 am. I know, life happens, but despite it being annoying, it was kind of fun. I'm glad that the hotel is safety minded. Life happens and I am thrilled to know that it was a mechanical thing and not a real fire.

My daughter and I woke up early the second morning of our stay to see the sunrise over the ocean. The beach access was quick and easy to get to from the hotel lobby. The sunrise was beautiful and we even saw dolphins while we were looking for seashells afterwards. When we headed back up to the hotel, we went straight into the lobby and enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

The only thing I didn’t love, is the pillows in the room. I didn’t sleep well either night of my stay, but that is easily remedied by bringing my pillow from home. I will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was wonderful, loved that there was something for everyone. Coffee was good. Location was perfect, loved boardwalk next door.

Pool was cold! Couldn't understand why the water stayed so chilly. Pool was very small and shallow. I can't swim in the ocean and was counting on swimming in Pool. I booked on Booking.com and thought I was getting a suite. Found out I only paid for a room and it was cramped for 4 of us. 1600.00 for 3 nights was very expensive for me but we made the best of it. Balcony door was very hard to open and shut.

-Right on the beach, next to the boardwalk. -Lovely rooms with comfortable beds. -Great breakfast, especially the fresh made oatmeal with lots of optional condiments. -Tiki bar. -very friendly, efficient and helpful staff.

-The coffee maker in the room makes very poor quality coffee. Too bad they didn’t have the coffee makers where you use pods rather than those not very good tasting packets. -While breakfast as a whole was wonderful, the premade eggs were not up to par for the rest of the breakfast .

I liked the ease of check in and the room was perfect for me and two children. I loved that there was a parking deck. The breakfast was great, and the staff made my daughters and I feel welcomed each morning. The outdoor and indoor spaces were cleaned and neat. I loved that there was access to a microwave. I love that there is beach access and many shops and restaurants nearby. I also liked that I was checked on after I got into my room. Thanks Sharon!

There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel or location.

Close proximity to the beach, the outside tiki bar, the fire pit, the location to other things on the boardwalk, the view from my room, How quiet the room was, didn’t hear your neighbors, convenient parking that Was included. The breakfast bar location was all done. I’ve been cute Easter spring things. Super cute.

The check in process was seamless. Kyle accommodated me with my date changes and he was amazingly personable! The breakfast had hot and cold options and everything was fresh and presented well. The parking attendant was really helpful as I attempted to move my vehicle out of a tight spot. The room was well stocked and clean. Overall a great stay! I will be back! Food served at Tiki Bar was delish. Easy access to beach.

I would love to receive a discount for beach umbrella and chair rentals while staying at the hotel.

I loved the location right off the boardwalk. We walked to everything during our staff. Hotel staff were amazing such nice people. I didn't have the breakfast but the dining area was always packed and the food smelled good. I loved waking up in the morning and walking out the hotel directly onto the boardwalk. The room had plenty of space for the 3 of us. The room was clean as well.

While I loved everything, I was unhappy with how hard my bed was. I would wake up, and my hips would just hurt. I am a side sleeper. I would also love it if there were rooms with both a king and queen/full bed. My husband and I like to spread out, so a king would be lovely, but we have our daughter with us, and we don't want her to sleep on a sofa. So combining a large bed with a smaller one would be amazing!

The dislike is NOT for Hampton Inn & Suites. My dislike is about Booking.com. Your site offers FALSE advertising. The room I booked on your website is Excecutive Suite Oceanfront(per the title & picture). Once we arrived at the hotel, we found out my family was booked for a regular 2 queen bedroom Oceanfront. I was VERY disappointed with booking.com. Hampton Inn tried to accommodate my family, and I, but there were no more rooms.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to dinner. We were next door to the boardwalk, so it was super convenient to take the children. There was no reservation required for parking or any additional fees - just a tag to hang up over the mirror. The staff was great and the room was clean.

The fridge could have been colder. It was also leaking and looked like it had before as well. Wouldn't have minded a microwave, but that definitely wasn't a deal breaker.
