There is no breakfast, that would be a nice addition.
Pool needed more cleaning . Also there was a man sleeping outside one of the rooms, I don’t know why- if he was homeless or a guest but it did not inspire a sense of safety.

The location is really great — you’re in walking distance to multiple waterfront restaurants on the sounds side, and only a 5min drive to the beach. The room I was in was equipped with a studio sized fridge/freezer, microwave, and Kureg coffee maker. Overall the room was comfortable for what I needed. I do like that it’s pet friendly & would like to come back with the my doggos another time.
There was a bit of an awkward start with checking in just because they were having issues with the key code lock and had to change out the entire door to a temporary lock & key option. The door did not appear to be fully secured on the hinges, there were some screws and debris on the ground inside the room from where they were working to change the door. But the lady in the rental office was helpful and apologetic about, further explaining the situation. In the grand scheme of things it was a minor inconvenience and did not take away from the overall stay.

How close we were to the water. The area and how close we were to everything. That the property is pet friendly. It was quiet. In spite of the things that were wrong Id still come back. Overall it was a good time.
The mirrors make the room look twice the size it actually is so we were a little surprised at how small it was when we got there, the bed was hard and it had sand on it. Everything in the bathroom was broken, towel holder. Toilet paper holder. Shower didnt drain well at all and the wifi did not work.

This place is very clean.
The mattress was extremely firm, which caused my back to ache. Might not for everyone. The siren that goes off every hour when the drawbridge goes up is quite loud - that’s obviously not the fault of the property but a fact of its location.

I liked the location and the pool.
They give you a towel and washcloth for each guest, and expect you to reuse it your whole trip..
