The room was fantastic, with lots of room. The kitchenette was odd as no extras provided (including trash) but lots of storage for the microwave. The hotel is 10 mins walk from Downtown Chapel Hill. The staff were fantastic, doing their best for their guests.

Though Breakfast is free, it is not amazing. I had to ask every day for the coffee to be refreshed. The one member of staff responsible was always on it, despite having to replenish the counters and clearing up.

Breakfast was way better than I expected. We were there for a concert at cats cradle and very close walking distance. Had an awesome taco truck across st at midnight for after event. Awesome place overall!!!

I don't have any complaints. Parking is however located only on floor 4 and above. Iy would have been nice to park on lower level as they were completely empty when I checked in and are for ppl attending local events as well as the hotel.

We were seeing a show at the cat’s cradle so it was great to just walk across the parking lot. Also there were several restaurants in walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. Also there was another staff person whose name I didn’t get but who was tidying up the breakfast area. He was so friendly and helpful to the guests.

Can’t think of anything. We had a great time and will return.

Huge and very comfortable room, friendly front desk staff, nice location, breakfast included, and the chocolate chip cookie treats! We didn’t use it but the pool looked nice.

Parking was $20/24 hrs and while its location was nice, it was a little further than I thought to UNC campus and Franklin St restaurants (20-30 min walk). A/c in the room was noisy.

The location was excellent for my needs. I wanted to be close to Cat's Cradle for a concert. Being within walking distance of multiple bars and restaurants in Carrboro was very pleasant and convenient. They also allowed me to check in early which was awesome. All the staff were friendly and helpful, excellent service.

No fridge or microwave in the room. It would be nice to have even the tiniest fridge for convenience.

The gentleman that was at the desk the evening of my check in provided excellent customer service. There was an unhappy customer he handled with such Grace and made those of us waiting in line feel good and valued as he got to each of us one by one. He was great!

I woke up with a bug in the bed right by my pillowcase. I didn’t see any other bugs in the bed when I stripped it back so I didn’t say anything. I suppose that can randomly happen but it due freak me out a little.

The room was spacious and clean, and the check in was simple. Employees were incredibly friendly and organized. Stay was affordable and pleasant. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the pool was clean. The whole time I felt very relaxed and was even checked on by staff during my stay to make sure I was enjoying it.

The pillows were very flat. This is truly the only critique i can think of.

For most of my adult life I've traveled, and can tell the difference between a good hotel and a great one. Usually it starts with the people. This Hampton Inn is one great hotel - welcoming staff, huge & comfy room, lots & lots of nutritious choices for breakfast, and everything super clean. There is such a good vibe here. Plus, I left my phone charger and the front desk folks helped me get it sent back to me. Just WOW!

Nothing that I didn't like. Everything and everyone exceeded my expectations. I hope I get to go back to Chapel Hill and stay here again!

Blessing who was at the front desk and the staff at this hotel MADE the whole visit. The hotel was clean and comfortable but the customer service was the best. It was an incredibly busy weekend and the staff wasn't just kind, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They welcomed the kids and remembered us every time we came through the door.
