We loved everything about our stay. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and it was easy to adjust the temperature of the room. We also liked the fact you had to scan your room key to go up in the elevator.

The QR code that was in the room to scan and order snacks didn't work. When we scanned it, a return message stated it had expired. So we called the number to order and the associate couldn't locate the price of mixed nuts. At that point we ended up driving to Harris Teeter for late night snacks.

The hotel was outstanding in every aspect. I got there late, and there was a terrible storm--not the hurricane, but a random storm. Anyway, I had to eat in the downstairs restaurant. The service was incredible. My waitress was Makida. I was check number 65351. Rarely, do I have service like that. She recommended an appetizer of the spinach/artichoke dip. Loved it. I also ordered the 16 oz ribeye. BEST STEAK I'VE EVER HAD--AND I'VE HAD SOME GOOD ONES!!! I should have asked to thank the chef, but I did not. Please tell him/her thank you so much for me.

The overall price of the hotel seemed exorbitant. There was nothing wrong with my stay, but if I had had to pay that bill myself, I would never have made the reservation. I guess that's a standard cost, but I'm sure you'd still get really great guests for half that price.

It was great location. Near the stadium!

The valet was not good. I had to rooms and my sister got valet and then they told me it was full and wouldn’t let my husband wait for me to check in and get our things or give him a cart. Then on leaving my sisters are was parked so tight in the spot the valet climbed through the car!

Don’t like the changes / renovations. Used to have really swanky bar / restaurant right off the lobby. Now it’s all changed. Feels a little over priced now

The room was beautiful and very clean. The bed was excellent and very comfortable. The gym was very good and clean.

I had a concern over an excessive holding charge that was charged to my card (close to $400), but I was unable to receive anything other than a verbal assurance that the amount wouldn't be on my final bill. I spoke to different people at the front desk 4 times during my stay, requesting a printout which would show the final amount, but no one was able to provide me one. One person wrote amounts on a post-it note, and I was told to go to the front desk on Monday morning to get a print out from accounting, but when I inquired, no one was able to help me, nor knew what I was talking about.

It was very nice and clean. The staff was cool and although the room was a little small, it was extremely comfortable and the view was very nice. I look forward to my next stay

The room was small for the price. But with everything else that was done right, it’s an understandable cost

We liked that the staff were attentive, genuine & friendly. The hotel smelled lovely upon entrance and was sparkling clean, had a spacious entry/reception space and a lively restaurant/bar. Our room was very clean and we had a beautiful view from our 8th floor window. The appointments of white tea soap and lavender oil were especially touching. The wood wrap on the TV wall and headboard wall were effective for a quiet experience. Lastly, The Westin had THE BEST food that we’ve ever eaten at a hotel! Both restaurant and bar delivered a delightful dining experience.

I have no dislikes

Wifi was really annoying. Had to reconnect all the time. Wasn’t free by default (have to sign up for a rewards program) and it’s very easy during the many many logins to accidentally press the button to upgrade the wifi quality. Should be high quality for everyone, free without a sign up.

I thought it was really overpriced for the room. I have been in rooms at a lower price point that had better use of the space and provided a microwave and more drawer space, provided more sets of towel.

The room was nice and it was close to attractions in town.

The breakfast restaurant was under a change of location in hotel, the first morning was great the second morning after the move was not all that for the money it cost
