Location was good easy to find. Staff very friendly. Room nice and clean thank you.

The breakfast was kind of ginsy there wasn't much of a bagel Choice One bagel and there was no butter just margarine, would have been nice to have scrambled egg & sausage but there was just waffles, different creamer choices-there's lots out there now and just to have one basic is kind of cheap.

Really the only complaint I have was the fact the showers barely had any water pressure other than that. It was a nice place to stay

Always see the Elks near that Inn.

Toilet was loose, other then that nothing else.

The commode ran all night and woke us up.

People the location, cleanliness

The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The Inn was located on a very rundown street with not much of a view but was close to all the attractions in the area. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable that we slept on all during our trip thru the Smoky Mountains.The breakfast food was fresh for the weekend stay but you could tell that the week day folks were getting leftovers from the weekend. Our toilet lid was loose on check-in, but the staff got it fixed right away. We stayed on the second floor, so the following comment didn't really affect our stay. Hope you don't mind smelling India food they were cooking or warming it on the main floor every day. Overall, we had a decent stay. I would rate it an 8 out of 10.

They have the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! It's a Beautyrest Recharge same as they have at Club Wyndham. Rooms were clean and I took a nice long hot bath!!! Ok breakfast is included only available 8-10 am. Chocolate chip muffins, yogurt, bananas, a make yourself waffle station, with juices and coffee.

Ice machine on 2nd floor was broken but it worked on 3rd floor. Our AC was turned OFF when we got to the room and it was at least 80 degrees in there. We had to turn it on and leave for several hours, and when we came back it was comfortable.

For us, location was good. For the area, price was good as compared to most other places to stay. No thrills for sure. But rooms were clean. Location at end of town so quite and easy access.

Breakfast was very lacking as compared to other similar places we have stayed. I would say that I would recommend planning on breakfast at a local restaurant or bringing something. The only things that seemed to be a hit were the waffles and coffee. Menu consisted of a package of grits, sometimes they had fruit bars. Bananas. Not much else. They did have milk but no cereal.

We were only staying in town one night and would be getting to the room late so wanted an economical place to stay. The price was one of the lowest and the reviews were good so we thought we’d try it. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Many had commented on how comfortable the bed was and we agree. I liked that it was close to everything but yet in a quiet part of the city. The morning staff desk clerk was great and while the night clerk wasn’t rude, he wasn’t very personable either.

Great location. This has been our go to place to stay when we visit the mountains. Off the beaten path but close to everything. Typically clean and mostly friendly staff.

The first room we were put in was 3rd floor and there was poop in the bathroom floor. There were hardly any people there, so why put us on the 3rd floor in a NOT clean room. The guy at the front desk was accommodating but less than “friendly” with my request to change rooms. The ladies who worked the desk were much friendlier and more accommodating to any requests/needs.
