Overall, clean, and the young girl who checked me in was very nice and very helpful. She even went and grabbed a luggage cart for me.

There is too much activity around the hotel(I have to assume it wasn't all from people staying at the hotel) and a lot of noise from that activity. The heavy security gate at the entrance and lack of access to the front desk during daylight hours indicates the hotel is located in a high crime area and added to me feeling uncomfortable about my truck and trailers' safety. Had I been aware of these things beforehand, I wouldn't have stayed here. The hotel itself was fine.

Under very difficult circumstances for my family, the front desk staff was extremely understanding, compassionate, and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable and Stress free as possible given the circumstances. The property was lower quality than what we are accustomed to when planning a vacation, however, because this an unexpected trip with last minute accommodations, we were pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the property as a whole, and as previously mentioned, the staff made up for property short comings.

Breakfast choices weren't that good, but was acceptable.

The room was nice & clean, it did not smell, linen was very clean, air conditioner worked perfectly.

The guy did not return my license, I got distracted trying to get a room that was accessible where I did not have to climb steps. 5 hours went by before I realized my license was missing, he never attempted to contact me to let me know he still had my license. My husband went to retrieve it.

I love when you get the older lady doing your room cause they knows what the rooms need

I don't like when i get off for work all day and go to my hotel and see that my bed sheets on the chair and then the next 2 days my bathroom stuff is on my bed and the floor they do not sleep at all you can still see the dirt that you have walked on this floor for 2 days and still see all the stuff on the floor they do not sleep at all. 😡 Need to do better

The price was ok considering how fast I needed it

Although I asked for smoking, we didn't quite expect to smell like an ashtray. The bed was seriously uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The heater was busted and didn't really blow out warm air. We seemed to be somewhat underground and the temps outside weren't the best, so heat was definitely needed but we didn't have much. And the comforter was thin.

Clean & Comfy! Non-Smoking rooms don’t smell like smoke. (People still smoke in non-smoking at times) it’s truly not allowed here & I didn’t smell a BIT of smoke!

A little pricey, but no deposit, great location & extremely clean & comfortable! Breakfast could have a few more options for the room price! But that’s not a big deal at all!

Close by a lot of food places and right near a mall. A lot is close by which is very convenient when you’re not from the area.

Great customer service, free breakfast and there are smoking rooms available which is nice with cold weather.

The cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff handling a dissatisfied customer. I appreciated the security measures in place for safety such as the key- only access during after hours; my family felt safe during our stay.

My room was nice and spacious and very good location

I didnt like that it was some hair on the bathroom floor and toilet but I did let the front desk know and they were understanding and I think they can move the coffee maker out the bathroom.

I liked how close it was to everything in town and the staff was great!

It was a little crowded with regulars, and the rooms sweat, but the humidity was insane due to the storm, so that wasn’t there fault.
