The hospitality! The Welcoming all my four visits.

Hilton Membership I am planning to counsel. There's no such thing as "better prices" for our members. Maybe, because I'm not in the prestige or elite group. Every...time I book under my HM the price is higher than all! Booked for The Capitol Hill in DC, charging me higher than my Church' s group rate($229.00). Hilton Honors s $224 plus $25.00 extra for the third party (my granddaughter to sleep with me in a queen size bed). No micro and refrig.included. $25 each to use. I would like for Hilton Honors to express more gratitude for my choosing to have been a member.

Nice clean property, good staff except there was confusion with the our reservation with Bokking.com, didn’t know they took a dollar for “deposit” then charge you full price for the room. Also do not like how $20 is required to pay in case you want to buy snacks from them it should be a option.

There was confusion with our reservation with Booking.com, didn’t know they took a dollar for an “deposit” then charge full price for the room before you check in when it says you don’t have to pay till check in on booking.com, we were at the water park and were freaking out because we couldn’t get our money to transfer for a good bit. Also I do not like that $20 is required on top of your room payment in case you want to buy snacks is what I was told, it should be an option!!! In all it was a great stay just wish this information was given before our stay.

The staff are amazing here. The rooms were very comfortable and met our needs. The showers are absolutely amazing. The toiletries were a very welcomed surprise. Three employees were absolute standouts. My only regret is that I don't remember their names. But the first encounter was as we checked in on Friday. She was very professional, personable, and super helpful. Also, the lady who prepared, served, and maintained the breakfast bar. She was very sweet, helpful, accommodating, and met every need or want we had. The food was yummy, and the entire breakfast area was superbly clean. Also, the person who was working Sunday morning during checkout was absolutely the most friendly, helpful, and pleasant individual.

They are under minor construction, which caused some minor issues. But it was absolutely understandable and the improvements are lovely. The breakfast options were great except for the lack of lower carb/sugar options. Also, more fruit/cottage cheese options. For those with specific dietary needs or diabetes.

I loved the overall experience. We were at a conference and at all times. The staff was attentive friendly, engaging and overall customer orientated. The rooms and facilities were clean and the location was just right for walking distance for shopping and restaurants.

There was not anything that i would change other than a couple adding more selections at breakfast and maybe faster wifi.

The Staff was very friendly from the moment we arrived until we left! The Breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel and the staff prepping it for us every morning was great! Some of the nicest people I have met! we played cards in the lobby in the evenings and we felt very welcomed there. Angie at the front desk let our girls use the Banquet hall to practice their routines for Junior Olympics since they were competing the next morning. we will definitely stay here again next time we travel for competition:) they also accommodated us for the pool being down and let us swim across the street at another hotel instead of just saying sorry the pool is closed.

only thing I think we were sad about but it was understandable was the pool was out of service when we arrived but I will say they let us use the neighboring hotels pool at DoubleTree to make up for it. so not a bad thing just a minor inconvenience. :)

Friendly staff. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

Stayed 5 nights and each morning there was no orange juice at breakfast. No yogurt 3 mornings. Other regular breakfast items weren't always available. Very disappointing as I depend the basic breakfast ite.s normally offered at a Hampton Inn

The staff was always friendly and ready and willing to meet any needs that I or anyone in our group had.

The pool was not in working order while we were there. If we wanted to swim we had to go across the street to another hotel which was inconvenient. It didn't ruin our stay, but would have been nice to know before we arrived. If i had known I probably would have tried tot change my booking.

The staff was fantastic. The room was very clean! The late check made things so much easier. It was really close to the Coliseum which is why we were staying there.

The breakfast was terrible. The shredded hash browns had no flavor and were rubbery. The bacon was precooked bacon that only needed to be reheated. With as much money these hotels chains have, they should be willing to provide an exceptional breakfast; especially with Biscuitville being next door.

Your bedding perfect, however the mattress and pillows needs attention. A more comfortable mattress and bigger better quality pillow would be appreciated. Thanks for the extra blanket, however wished we head extra pillows. These small details would go a long way, your customers would really appreciate it!
