I loved the location. Many stores and restaurants across the street. The hotel staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great! The room was spacious. We had a couch and room to stretch on the floor (I go to the gym everyday and need to stretch!). The bed and bedding was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The hot water comes immediately, no waiting which is so nice!

There was an ottoman in the bathroom where I was able to put my toiletries, hair brush, etc. on, but wished there was a shelf under the sink. There was lemon infused water in the lobby which was great, but would love to have regular complimentary water as well, especially for being a pet friendly hotel. Dogs need water too.

Nice sized room, beds and pillows were so comfortable! Room was better than any hotel we've stayed at in a long time. Also, you can't beat the price!

They said there was no problem sending towels and amenities to the room before we got there. Nothing was ever sent. We called the front desk and guest services multiple times within a 45 minute time period and had no answer at all. There were still some dirty places at the bottom of the toilet in the bathroom. Everything else was clean. A little upset we didn't get a king bed with a sofa couch, but we had two young children, so I definitely understand putting us in the room they did so we only had one person beside us.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was so nice and the breakfast staff/cook the morning of the 6th was funny and her food was delicious. Definitely going to have to come back for another stay.

Honestly, I can't complain. My family and I enjoyed the stay. The staff was helpful and nice. The only things I can say I didn't like were the drinks from the bar area. An option for a sweet wine or even a more fruity drink that isn't dry would have been nice but maybe that's just the drinks they were serving that day. Just that and the location was a little hard to find at first. Other than that, I was satisfied with our stay.

The hotel was hard to find because of the location. One of the staff members was kind enough to stay on the phone with me until I found it. After that, it was all good. Also, I wasn't impressed with the pool. It is tiny and the water was green so I didn't go on it. I like blue pool water.

Location. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and the showerhead was really good. The breakfast was pretty good too. You could make waffles for your children and eggs, yogurt muffins, and decent coffee.

Lights coming in through the window was crazy annoying. No curtains; just a non light blocking blind . They really do need to fix this because there are sooo many lights from restaurants businesses and the freeway, depending on which side of the building you’re on.

I called ahead because flights were a disaster on Friday, July 19, 2024. The manager reassured me that our rooms would be waiting for us. We arrived at the hotel about 10:00 pm, the manager remembered talking to me on the phone and quickly checked us in so we could get settled for the night. (We were traveling with our 92 year old Mother! and had left home at 7:00 am) All of the staff were very welcoming and kind.

We were in a hurry, so we didn't have time to eat. We grabbed a couple things to go. It looked good, though. Waffles :) I liked the room. Even though it was old, it was very clean and something about it just felt cozy. The colors, maybe? Bed was comfortable.

I noticed the building was a little beat up in the public areas. Could use some work. It made me nervous until we got into our room. We're staying there again on the trip back home this weekend :)

Breakfast had a nice choice of items from hot to cold. I enjoyed the hot coffee. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful with my questions. The bed was super comfy and it was really nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room as I used both. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was the color scheme of the room. Very restful!

The interstate right next to the hotel sounded like a racetrack! Nothing that they can do about that of course! I really liked the black out shades on the windows.

I can’t say enough about this hotel, the room was clean & well lit. The bathroom was clean and the shower felt wonderful but the bed, omg I can honestly say if I could of thrown it in my car I would’ve.. I have never had a more comfortable bed. I felt like I was sleeping on feathers. The pillows were so comfortable that I was asleep in a matter of minutes.. the staff was so friendly an made us feel so comfortable & safe, I never want to stay at another place again, I’m hooked for life..

it seems recently renovated. Bed, linens and towels were all new and of good quality. Most of the staff is super nice and friendly. The lady that takes care of breakfast is super sweet & friendly.

On our 2nd night the toilet clogged and we called reception, no one answered so I went downstairs but the girl was not in a mood to help or do anything, the “best she could do was offer us a plunger”. Manager should pay attention to employees and train the ones in need of customer service skills.
