Clean, nice, enough room for two people and to do work as needed. I would happily stay here again, and appreciate having something good this close to family when I come to visit.

Breakfast offerings are minimal, but OK if you aren't looking for a big breakfast.

Staff was attentive and responsive. The roll-in shower for my mom was a plus. Rooms were clean.

1st room needed urgent remodeling. We changed rooms and it was better. Some furniture needed replacement. Dryer wouldn’t dry the clothes. Breakfast was basic and the same one for the 3 days we stayed and fruit was never restocked, same old bananas.

The host at the counter that was there when we arrived was a very friendly person and welcomed us with a smile and when we told him the a/c wasn't working he moved myself and my daughter without hesitation to another room

Very nice breakfast set up - could have had larger coffee cups. Great small conference room and easy in and out. Staff very engaging and helpful - needed more towels and no soap in the room, but liked the facility.

Pillows were about the worst I have seen in a hotel - one very good on top of three that were extremely lumpy.

Staff was super helpful w dinner and activity suggestions when I CHECKED IN. . Location was close to my main activity for the weekend.

Smoking still allowed in this facility, it really needs to go! Although non smoking rooms and floors- u can still smell it through property. Beds and pillows not comfortable- need upgrades

Location was perfect for a flight into Raleigh, visiting in Raleigh, visiting at Campbell University (Buies Creek), two trips to Fayetteville/Fort Bragg, and a return flight out of Raleigh.

The breakfast bar was minimal: microwave sausage biscuits, corn flakes, raisin bran and cheerios; etc. The coffee (available 24 hours) was excellent. The shower control was goofy, above the control was a sticker "WATER CONTROLS ARE REVERSED. HOT IS COLD AND COLD IS HOT" and yes, that's the way it was. The hand shower had one location: six feet above the shower floor. The bracket on the adjustable lower position was missing. Also, there was no shelf for my razor, soap, shampoo/conditioner.

The room was great and was comfortable. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept.

The rooms are paper-thin. You can hear the neighbors. You can also hear the patrons upstairs walking around and stuff being moved around. You can hear the shower and toilet flushing from the other rooms.

Location was great, staff was very nice and helpful. Good ice machine, breakfast, and the coffee was really delicious!

There were stains on my sheet, but the staff was very kind and replaced them right away.

The staff was amazing, courteous and informative.

When we got to the hotel, the room was 87 degrees. We had to turn on the ac and go done to the lobby for 45 minutes to let the room cook. As this was a scheduled check-in, it might be advantageous to turn the ac on in rooms 1-2 hours before check in times.
