I liked the area the hotel is located. I really enjoyed my room, the water pressure in the bathroom was great. I also really liked how they had a holder for food places that were nearby that I could order from.

Honestly I don't have any complaints. I do wish check out was a little later in the after around 1-2. But other than that everything was great and everyone was really friendly.

Location was exactly where I needed to be very close to my destination. Food locations were great.

Only problem I encountered was guest in room 110 continuously playing boom boom music. Of course my bed was located on that same wall.

From the beginning when I arrived the staff was accommodating. The young man with the accent was very nice and polite. Then when I was checking out the lady was nice and polite ask if I needed anything. Staff 5 stars

The staff was amazing, the property was beautiful and located well. All around a good stay.

I was bumped up to a room with two beds which was amazing and I appreciated everything you guys did to help us keep our reservation and be able to stay but the room we had ended up having roaches I killed 5 before I ever went to sleep I’m sorry if that is rude to point out but I just want you guys to be able to fix it before it becomes worse

The location of the room was behind the Waffle house which was a good because the lobby was undergoing renovations. The property has upgraded some of their rooms and it was nice for the weekend.

I didn't like that the suite building didn't have any security being it was so far from the main entrance to the hotel. I would have liked the doors to have key access during late nights. The pull out sofa was left at the front office and not in the room.

The staff was beyond helpful! Anytime I had an issue they were there to help put! Super awesome! Especially the you g lady who helped me get a room! I flew in from Japan and had some minor issues which she helped me solve. I apologies I don’t remember her name! Thank you everyone, I would stay every time I needed a hotel!!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was efficient and generally friendly.

Although they were "pet friendly", the pet fee was way to high. The front desk staff did adjust this fee for me but this should be stated up front.

Pool wasn’t up and running. Doing some updating
