Location was very easy to find right off the highway. Staff was friendly and nice. Didn't have to wait long to check in. Room was clean and I felt safe. It was very quite and relaxing. If I didn't see anyone in the hall you would've thought that no one else was there. Would visit here again.

Traffic was heavy but there was an event going on and it was a Friday night. Hotel restaurant closed at 11 so really didn't get to experience the food.

the hotel was nice, great location to shop from. The room was clean and comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was very clean.

The room had no microwave and if something bad happens the hotel doesn’t hold themselves accountable. While on my mini vacation a few cars got broken into. I have never stayed at any hotel that post a sign to park at your own risk and to remove all belongings out of your vehicle. We didn’t notice the signs until Saturday night but we did end up taking our belongs out of our vehicle. The amount of money that hotel’s charge to stay I definitely agree that they should have it protected for the guests.

I loved how friendly the staff were upon arrival and throughout our stay! We were provided with complimentary, warm cookies that were so delicious! Our neighbors were quiet, which was amazing! The morning we left the hotel, we tried the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. It was a little pricey but still really good! My fiancé’s egg white omelet looked so good!

During our stay the pool was closed, but that didn’t really bother us because we were visiting a family member who has access to one. Other than that, the stay was perfect!

Right across from the mall it's tucked back so no road noise. The lobby was very nicely decorated for Christmas and the young lady who check me in was very nice

Online on booking.com it clearly says breakfast was included with my room rate.. I went downstairs for breakfast and there's no breakfast buffet like the pic shows infact when I went to the restaurant there was a very tiny breakfast menu and I asked what do I choose from since it's included and I was told there is no free breakfast. I did pay a premium price for my room so that I would not have to leave for breakfast. I've stayed at many Hilton Doubletree in past year and have always had breakfast.. also when I checked in there was no cookies like they are supposed to have :( For the rate I paid I should of had some type of breakfast option a juice or something.

The staff and people were nice and accommodating

The one elevator even though people were patient with each other I've stayed here before they used to have a shuttle service it wasn't available when I stayed the 150$ incidental I understand why but wish it was shown more clearly because I didn't see it when I booked the hotel.

Proximity to things and staff was super nice. Clean facility.

Some of the rooms did not have microwaves. Had to go down to lobby and wait in a line to warm up our food. Also, we were staying during a very busy weekend for this city and the food ran out for the continental breakfast so we were unable to get anything.

Well, they’re building another hotel so it’s a little construction going on in the back, but I don’t interfere with the parking to the hotel

The rooms are clean and the cafeteria staff was totally amazing and the food was delicious. Front desk staff was also professional and kind.

I love that it backs up to the greenway! I am a runner and this is a great asset since I’m always looking for a place to run. I will probably stay there again solely for that reason.

The aircon in the room was loud when it kicked in and I couldn’t figure out how to keep it a comfortable temp without the noise waking me up!

The chef is going to get a call from the health inspector if he keep putting his foot in his cooking. My omelet, pancakes, and Belgian waffle was mmm mmm good. The scenic walk to the shopping mall across the street was so relaxing after breakfast.

I didnt get enough cookies 🍪. One large warm cookie was not enough.

It was clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful, even allowed me to borrow a calculator! The room and bed were quite comfortable and inviting.

There was a pod cup coffee maker, but there was no microwave in the room. I had to go downstairs to the lobby to heat my food or reheat my coffee. Very inconvenient, especially at 1am or 5am, when you're not dressed and trying to prep for a meeting. The refrigerator freezer never got cold enough to chill an ice pack during my entire 3-day stay.
