The convenience of the location of the hotel was perfect.

There was a short period of no hot water. I was getting ready to shower after several minutes of trying to adjust the water temperature, I finally went to the front desk to ask about the hot water. I felt like an email should had been sent out to inform the occurrence.

The location was perfect. The long mirror in the room was great as well. Friendly staff.

The lighting in the room was not good at all. I feel it need a light fixture on the ceiling and not just small lamps by the beds. The A/C was ok but not what i thought it was going to be especially being a Marriott property. I survived but honestly it can be a lot better.

Internet didn’t quite work but was corrected by staff. Also, Booking got my name backwards and it was a problem checking in until we realized the error!

Angelina, the desk agent, was TRULY AMAZING. She is the epitome of EXCELLENT customer service, and a valuable asset to your hotel. Breakfast was pretty decent and the location was excellent. Only a 5-minute walk from the mall.

I prefer to make my own waffles vs. the pre-pack waffles. But, they were ok.

The room was nice and rhe bathroom water preassure was fantastic. Loved the size of the smart tv.

There was absolutely no alarm clock or clock at all. Woke up at noght and had no idea what time it was. Had to fumble around for my phone. That I didnt like.

The room was exceptionally clean, especially the bathroom! Kudos to the cleaning staff! I don't know when the rooms were updated, but it looked like it had been fairly recently, as the carpet was in great shape, and the tub enclosure looked new. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was full due to a girls' soccer tournament, but the room was quiet. There are plenty of parking spaces. The desk clerk (male) when we checked out was very nice and friendly! I enjoyed talking with him! Not our first stay here, and we will stay here again.

Breakfast due to Covid is not great, but understandable. I don't blame the hotel for that - just the overall situation in the country at present. So it is standard fare, with cold cereals, instant grits and oatmeal, packaged muffins, bagels, English muffins, toast, fruit, and yogurt. The coffee was good!

Very convenient. Nice stay at a great price. If I had the chance to stay longer, I would have.

I didn't have any dislikes. The convenience of being able to stay there was a pleasant surprise.

It was in a central location to everything I needed to get to. I would definitely stay again. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The free breakfast could've been better and try to have brochures for your visitors to help them find things to do in your city.

Batteries in the remote were dead, the lady in the breakfast area removed food as we were trying to get some. She said it was from 6:30 to 9:30. It was 9:30 but give us a break!! Really!! Taking food away before we could get some!! Sorry you were having a bad day LADY!!
