I absolutely loved the layout of the building. I also loved the fact that they are very close to a lot of restaurants, stores and the mall. Lastly, I loved the free refreshments at dinner time.

I did not like the fact that the room cards did not read on the first swipe. I too did not like the fact that I had to keep swiping more than three times at times. All the more, I did not like the fact that the front desk re-keyed the cards, and they still did the same thing.

The room was clean and the furnishings were in very good repair. Our request for adjoining rooms (surprisingly rare in hotels these days) was accommodated. Without exception, the staff was exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and thorough which made for a positive energy throughout the hotel. Randy, the overnight desk associate, immediately replaced a broken in-room Keurig coffeemaker (great amenity!) AND without my asking, made fresh percolated decaf in the lobby in the wee hours after we’d returned from a long, exhausting day. Asfar, our breakfast waiter, is the gold standard for someone working in the service industry; he was friendly, attentive, thorough, enthusiastic, and anticipated all of our wants and needs while donning the biggest, most contagious smile (btw, the pre-paid breakfast was an excellent add-on value). I own a small business and Asfar is the kind of person we are always looking to hire, feel lucky to find and hire, and work hard to retain. Kisha, a daytime front desk associate, is also an asset to Hilton: she was friendly, positive, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond, and seemed to take pride in every little thing she did. We were in Raleigh for a funeral and the entire staff unknowingly made this difficult time much easier. Without question, I highly recommend and will stay at this Hilton on all of my future trips to Raleigh.

Nice hotel, nice room, nice staff.

However I was offered the electronic key option which I loved. so I was able to skip checkin at desk and go straight to my room. but unfortunately my e key didnt work. So had to go back downstairs to get regular room keys then the next day one of my room key didn't work, so had to go back downstairs again to get key redone. Inconvenienced twice but these things happen. still a nice hotel and I would stay again, but hopefully these things get fixed.

The staff was exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We especially want to give a big shout out to Martha G in the dining area who was wonderful - very attentive and saw to our every need before we even had to ask

The TV in room 422 did not have a very clear picture but that was a minor detail. We had an issue with the flapper in the toilet initially (however the staff took care of it as promised within a short amount of time)

Very clean ,friendly people, great breakfast. Close to the highway but quiet and my view was all woods. My room was much larger than expected. Just excellent all around.

Tight strange parking with another hotel crowded in on there beautiful place

Clean, Comfortable and Peaceful. The pool and gym being there was a huge plus and your not bothered at all and people are willing to help and the price was real reasonable.

Not much to gripe on I enjoyed my stay.

I like the downstairs lobby lounge area,at night,even though it was a bit crowded.Breakfast was good.Clean and like the fact you could adjust your heat/cooling to your liking.check in time should be 2p,but the 12n is good for checking out.

should offer a complementary breakfast as most other big chain hotels offer. my fault for not catching this before booking or we would have stayed elsewhere.

A fan in the bathroom really is a necessity
